We were sent to this hotel after we were over booked in their sister hotel, Honiley Court in Warwickshire! All would have been good, as the hotel is fine & the staff are friendly, but as we stayed in this hotel 3 weeks previous, it wasn't ideal. Had it not been for the staff, especially Tina on reception, the weekend...

Stayed here, thankfully just for one night. Having requested a quiet room, we were given a room at the end of the ground floor corridor, which more or less everybody ( man and dog) staying in the hotel had to walk, or creak, past. The windows in our room were very old and did not fit well and the traffic...

Stayed overnight for a conference in town. 15 mins walk from town. Our room was very cold and radiator didn't work. Very tired dated room. Kettle but no cups!! Had dinner in restaurant in the evening which was very good, pleasantly surprised. Staff very friendly and good service. Breakfast really good too.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days with a small group. The Hotel was very easy to find, being on a main road into Royal Leamington Spa, with parking at the front and rear of the Hotel. It is also just a 15 minute walk into the town centre. The Hotel was clean and the staff very welcoming, and...

On arrival we were a bit concerned as the exterior could do with a bit of tlc, but once inside we were pleasantly surprised. The interior is very plush although a little quirky and old fashioned. Our room was spacious and well equipped and the bed enormous and very comfortable. There were a couple of tiny issues with cleanliness if...

Stayed in 5 different hotels in leamington within the last year and this was THE worst so far. I was in for 3 nights, and they were very sleepless nights down to the beds being extremely uncomfortable. My colleagues suffered the same problem. The rooms are all going mouldy and are outdated. One good point is the breakfast, which was...

The building is a strange mixture of Vicorian, 1960s and 1980s. It has been quite recently redecorated, but is probably in need of a complete refit in the not too distant future. The wall paint and soft furnishings are new, but the carpets and bathroom fittings are old (20-30 years at a guess) and could do with replacing. However, contrary...

Oh dear! Is what we said when we saw the outside of the building. Sadly the inside wasn't much better. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was fine and the size of the room was good but the condition and cleanliness of the room was pretty awful. I'm afraid it will take more than a lick of paint to sort...

We bought a Wowcher for this and had bed & breakfast with dinner 1 night. Very good value. Food excellent, staff very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of room in the bedroom and the bathroom was massive. The only problem was the floorboards in the corridor creaked so it was noisy when people were walking by.
