This gives the impression of a hotel struggling to survive i.e. Just About Managing. Our booking was for two rooms for one night and was made by a relative who was not aware of the negative reviews. Our experience was that those reviews, although well meant, were extreme. Our rooms were very clean, the towels provided were clean, white and... More

This hotel was pleasant. I would say it's ok if you want just a one night stop.I don' think I would have wanted to stay any longer. Our room was quite small, but clean. I would say the best thing about this hotel is the Staff who could not do enough for us 10/10 for them.

Stayed for one night. Hotel was pleasant but the rooms were rather tired and dated. The staff were extremely helpful and any problems were ironed out straight away. Rather surprised to find an empty bottle in the room behind the curtain. Maybe housekeeping not up to standard hence 3 not 4 out of 5.

The heating had been switched off so the room was very cold and felt/smelled damp. We turned the radiators on then baked for the rest of the night! They should have been left on a lower heat to keep the room at a constant, bearable temperature. The room was dirty. The main area of floor was ok but thick dust... More

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, very bling bling.. Different. Booking in was good, noticed an extremely dirty access/ fire door. A good-clean would not go amiss.. Our room , number 38 was OK BUT the shower was disgusting...and I mean , full of mildew.... .. Come on cleaners get your act together.. Oh and there were cobwebs in the... More

Hi Everyone We had looked around for a hotel that was close to Stratford upon Avon and decided that Leamington Spa was a nice place to stay as neither one of us had been there. On arriving at the hotel there seemed to be two parts one which was decked out and another which was like part of a disused... More

I stayed at the Falstaff 10 nights, not the best hotel but one of the cheapest in leamington spa, so you pay for what u get. Rooms are old and the people that work in there could have done better; need to work in their communication.

I checked into the hotel for 1 night and was place in ROOM 30. I entered to find an old, decrepit radiator on full blast that literally left the room feeling like an oven! Raised with receptionist who could only tell me that there was nobody from maintenance around and that i should leave the window open all night. Only... More
