Stayed here for one night while on a hen party in Preston. Really good price and breakfast was lovely. Rooms are basic but clean and have everything you need. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Overall we thought it was a lovely little hotel and we would stay here again and recommend to others.

Stayed overnight B&B last month with my two sons. Ideal situated for the football and the ground within walking distance. Family room sleeping 3. Warm and cozy with tea and coffee facilities. A good choice available for breakfast and only a short taxi ride from the city centre for eating out. Made very welcome. You get for what you pay...

This is a small, privately run hotel. Arriving from the car park it doesn't look great but the interior is being refurbished tastefully. We had a nice welcome and were shown to our room which was warm and nicely presented. Breakfast choice was quite minimal. All in all a basic hotel but fine for a one night stop over.

We stayed here for one night as we had a family party in Preston. Check in was good and owner sent a txt to find out our arrival time. We were shown to room 4. It was clean, tidy and had everything we needed, tea, coffee supplied and shower gel in bathroom. Would definitely stay again for the price. You...

A really friendly hotel which was exactly what we were looking for. Breakfast was fantastic with the kids all enjoying the choice. Travelling with three young children is pretty difficult but the room was ideal - an adjoining master, twin and bathroom.

Was a bit wary of staying here as we went as a group of lads and thought they might not like 9 drunken fools. We forewarned them and the owner was fine about it. Had to wait 45 minutes for our room to be ready but this was our fault as we were early. We sat in the "beer garden"...
