We stayed overnight with work, arrived early afternoon. Stephen is a legend, friendly nothing was too much trouble. He opened up earlier than needed to serve us food, offered to do a garlic dip from scratch and had banter with everyone. He was there following morning again fresh as a daisy, every work place needs a Stephen. Rest of team...

Would've been better if cleaning staff didn't walk in on me and my boyfriend without knocking whilst we were not dressed - a whole 2 hours before check out... also breakfast costs 3 times more here than at the cafe thats literally around the corner

A warm welcome and very friendly staff. However our room had a broken window catch and the shower was coming away from the wall. The food in the restaurant was excellent and so are the breakfasts Overall a pleasant experience and the reason for 4 out of 5 rating is because of the window lock and shower. Otherwise all was...

Nice staff and location just one problem not for me just if it was a single women or mother is the fact the car park in no within the grounds of the hotel the feeling of vulnerability for them would be quite high

Great stay - friendly, smiling, welcoming staff who couldn't do enough for us. They are all a credit to the hotel. Outstanding value for money - wouldn't hesitate to return and would recommend this to anyone. Considering the hotel was full when we stayed, and the staff were obviously very busy, this didn't stop them from taking time out to...

Arriving at the hotel we were greeted with a genuine warm welcome from Harry. Gone is the formal high reception counters, to an informal normal desk. There are express check in machines but I perfer the human touch. There was a slight hic up but so slight it's not worth mentioning, just say though, it was sorted out extremely quickly...

We chose this hotel due to it being within walking distance from the train station. It is a large modern city centre hotel. The lady on check in was bright and breezy and was very helpful to us. The third floor room we were given was as most premier inn rooms, clean, spacious and equipped with all you need. We...

A splendid time , with prompt service and food. They have spacious rooms and the auto check in machines are helpful especially if checking in from an early morning train or flight. Next to station and next to taxi for rush hour emergencies to Airport

Excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and made you feel very welcome. Only one downside, nothing to do with Premier Inn, but the privately owned car park next door is awful. Try and use alternative if possible.
