Stayed here for one night. Would NEVER stay here again. My rating is 1/5 however if I was able to I would rate it 0/5 Take a look at my pics and decide for yourself. Bedroom floor dirty, clearly not vacuumed. Lifted the bed up and found rubbish and a used tampon applicator and wrapper! Stained pillow cases. Utterly disgusting...

Decided to stay here purely for convenience. Hotel very tired, needs to be completely shut down and renovated from top to bottom, wedding organisation ok, but room for improvement. However compliments to the chef, food lovely and piping hot, breakfast and wedding breakfast and evening buffet, superb . Hands up to all the girls who work there, very pleasant, helpful...

5 of us had a 3 night stay and we found the hotel to be more than adequate. The rooms are tired in places but comfortable. There was tea making facilities a hair dryer and toiletries provided in the room. We had an evening meal on Thursday night and that was lovely only disappointment was that no meals were available...

I'd stayed here before and Internet was OK but it seems it depend on which rooms you're allocated. Really hit and miss Internet today. In fairness the first room that I was allocated had zero Internet connection and they moved me to a better room, but still poor.

You can get a private room on Airbnb in central London for the same price with much better amenities. The only benefit of this hotel is that it's near family home so it was convenient for coming home for Christmas. We chose the double deluxe room and we got a tiny 15sqm double bedroom with not even a table. I'll...

I was on business in the area and stayed at the county. I enjoyed it the room was comfortable and clean. The food was good and wholesome. And the staff were friendly and engaged. It is a hotel I would use again as I enjoyed it. It is nice when you are away to feel comfortable and at home.

There was a group of 9 of us that stayed at the hotel so we booked two family rooms and a twin room for one night as we were heading out into Birmingham (just 9 miles away and a £20 taxi - fantastic). The rooms were ok, a little bit dated and could do with some future TLC but can't...

Spent one night here, didn't really see much of the hotel as we just needed a base after attending a concert. Reception staff were very friendly and it wasn't a problem getting back there at 1:20am. The room was basic but clean, Nothing to complain about at all.

The small room I stayed in was disgusting, (no 42) Filthy carpet, even filthier shower head, rag of a bath towel only fit for cleaning the car with, Damage to decoration, mold in shower cubicle , etc, etc. Will not be going back there, needs a visit from environmental health!! Could smell cigarette smoke coming from one of the rooms...

Stayed here for a wedding party recently and the room wasn't great for what we paid which was £49 when we arrived in the room I noticed wallpaper hanging off the walls and celling and a big iron mark on the carpets which look like they also needed a hoover!! The Staff were friendly and brought us towels to the...
