It must have been refurbished recently because rooms look good and fresh. The hotel is clean and service helpful. Breakfast is somekind of standard in this part of the world - you either love it or hate it. At least coffee is good ;-)
We stayed at the hotel after a long tour at the Warner Bros. Studio London for the making of the Harry Potter movies. The hotel is conveniently located just 2.5 miles away from the studio. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was...More

Many thanks for your superb review, was a pleasure to read.
We look forward to seeing you again soon.
Had a lovely time at this hotel, very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Susan who worked on the bar! Would definitely come back here again, perfect location for Harry Potter studious.

Depends on the time you need to travel. We paid under £15 per adult for return to London, unlimited use of Underground and buses too in central London from what we remember. It was cheaper than we thought it would be. I think peaktime it was about £22 or something, still less than £25. Not sure about children and we guess it depends how much travel you plan to do within London itself for this to represent good value. The station is really easy to walk to from the hotel though and it was staffed when we visited.
