hotel location ok, rooms are average, wifi not great, perhaps scrapping basic wifi and adding a 2-3pounds on the room charge would be better than asking for extra money for premium service in restaurant poor, food quality below average

Beds comfy as with all Premier Inns, visited for an overnight stop to attend a birthday party. Rooms clean - Bathrooms could be updated- but all in all a comfy stay. Well located, easy to find and staff friendly and helpful

Date 12-04-17 16:00 Here on business as it was on the way back home, got in reception and it looked new and smelt new and fresh, was greeted by a lovely young lady on reception called Emily and she was very polite and professional. When we checked in my workmate checked in first and had no problems with his check...

After a two night's stay, I'll have some sleep to catch up on. Even with outside temperatures of only around 15º, the temperature in the room was over 20º throughout the night. Building works near the room didn't impact on the stay as we were out of the room during the daytime, but the soft bouncy bed didn't help with...

Stayed one night as part of a business trip. I was on the top (first) floor. Room was spacious. Reception staffer was friendly and helpful. The fatal flaw: Room was almost unbearably hot. When I arrived at 6pm room was stifling so I opened the one window. Window could only be opened only slightly. By bedtime it was still 25.5C...

This hotel is just off the M20. We have stayed in it a couple of times. It is very clean and tidy. It was quite quiet. The wifi worked well and we enjoyed staying there as base to visit friends and relatives.

Good position for West Malling business area just off M20. Very much a Premier Inn standard offering with good facilities at a great price. Seamless check in and check out. Good parking on site. Some building works going on at the rear of building to extend it but that didn't bother me. Restaurant pub next door. Very convenient,

Really low cost for a start of week business trip. Being upgraded, hence the price, but usual brilliant bed and first class Premier Inn staff. Dinner service was perhaps confused but the food was fine nonetheless.
