Nice, clean, comfy bed! Good. Good night sleep. Easy with kid and baby. Very cheap. Breakfast was good with a choice of continental and cooked breakfast. I really like the Premier Inn brand for the excellent value for money!

I thought all premier inns were the same, however the location changes the price. Well. I guess £52 is what you get. I've come home with a number of bites which my GP has diagnosed as bed bugs. Also the staff were incredibly rude and wouldn't help me carry and ironing board and iron when I requested one and I...

Excellent value for money. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and the room was first class. The booking process was very strait forward and checking in and out was speedily and efficiently handled. Thank you for a good stay and we will be back after Christmas.

We planned this stop to give us an early morning start to the channel tunnel. We arrived after driving for 550miles from N. Ireland that morning and we were exhausted. The car park was icy for early December but there was a warm welcome inside. Thankfully this premier inn was connected to a Beefeater restaurant and the lady at reception...

Good location and very helpful staff, food good at beefeater next door, room smelt stale, car parking ok. Not good value adding breakfast and dinner becomes a very expensive room. Free wifi useless and can be upgraded for another fee!!

Premier Inn advertise no fuss, no frills comfortable accommodation - and that's exactly what I got. There is a Beefeater adjoining the Premier Inn which means that you don't have to go outside to enjoy an evening meal/drink.

In short.....The receptionist was in the adjoining Beefeater on our arrival and took at least ten minutes to come out and book us in. Our room was cold. We were only allowed one hand towel for two of us, although I have a skin complain. Do not get excited about the full english breakfast. It is not buffet style, only...

We always use this Premier Inn when we stay in Kent. It is very handy for the motorway and main roads to other parts of Kent, especially Maidstone of course. It is handy for several National Trust properties to visit. The hotel itself is always excellent. The staff are very good. We have no worries about the standard of the...
