Overall good experience, showers are amazing in the rooms. Nice big TV to watch in the room. Cleanliness of room was good, bed comfortable, ideal for my reason for staying. Would recommend, a good night for our work party.

Excellent hotel staff and facilities. Club rooms are worth paying the little extra for. Rooms are Clean and comfortable only disappointing thing was as my room was on the end of 1st floor there was constant banging from the restaurant below but that seemed to stop after 10.00PM

We have stayed a few times when we have been visiting family. Nice staff and the breakfast is very good. Great pool facilities and plenty of free parking. WIFI throughout. Recommend this hotel as a good location to main routes. Only a few minutes in to Maidstone

good facilities, bar and restaurant prices a little high. clean rooms, good housekeeping. good leisure facilities, although some of the village hotels open their gym/pool at 06:00 which enables me to use these facilities and have a breakfast. Not too keen on the self check in facility, after a long drive to the hotel, the last thing I want to...

Excellent peaceful stay, excellent clean room and bathroom, very modern, however not many channels on TV, excess to the pool and sauna was a bonus. Breakfast was excellent also. Value for money!Thank you very much Village Hotels!

Room was freezing on arrival, we had to go out and leave it to warm up. There was a long black hair under the toilet seat. Apart from those couple of things it was a nice room, giant TV with Sky movies and very comfortable bed.

Unable to eat in hotel due to functions , but only advised of this after booking was made. Planned to eat at Starbucks On site but they had not received a delivery that day. Room was clean and spacious. No bed linen for spare bed left in room though.

Great value for money, a good atmosphere and a perfect choice of eating venues - restaurant, pub and coffee shop. No hidden costs for parking, TV or internet. I'm currently staying at a 4* Hilton hotel near Stansted airport but the Village hotel 'knocks spots' off of it!

What a great bunch of people work at The Village, everyone was happy and ready to help. Obviously this hotel has been recently refurbished and what a noce job they have done. Also this must have the biggest swimming pool I have ever seen in a hotel. Five Stars all round.
