Stayed here for one night on business. The hotel and facilities are excellent throughout from reception to your room. Helpful and warm staff and the hotel is set in very nice grounds and provides a very enjoyable and relaxing stop over. I would definitely return.

This place was a really different hotel - in a god way. It felt a bit like something out of Vegas or Hollywood without the added negatives. Want pub food? It's onsite. My favorite Starbucks...onsite! A gym, friendly staff, free wifi, free and convenient parking - all at an amazingly great price. Two little mishaps on our visit - I...

Room we were in was separated by only stud walls and extremely noisy. First night ruined by fighting next door till 4am. No apology or compensation from reception, very poor service! Shouldn't be expected to experience that in this hotel and certainly should have to pay for the privilege of 3hrs sleep. A bit of empathy goes a long way...

We've been to this hotel several times now, as we have friends in the area, and my husband and I always enjoy our stay. The rooms are always spotlessly clean and well furnished, however this was the first time we've visited since their major refit - amazing, even better than before! Huge TVs in the rooms, awesome comfy bed &...

The room was lovely, shower excellent, huge TV even a Dyson fan(how cool is that) Plus the room was quiet! The pillows on the bed were too hard for us, it would have been nice to have a choice, perhaps we could have changed them but by then it was late so we did not bother.

No one was there to welcome you as you arrive due to the nature of the hotel. Lots of people in and out because of the gym and extensive conferences happening all at once. Food was generally poor, especially if you are vegetarian or vegan. Rooms were clean and sufficient although bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I wouldn't come...
