Room was hot, noisy and the bathroom was tired. Have had better experience with Village Hotels so disappointed with this stay. I booked through Hotels.com at a fair price but it felt like i was given a lower grade room because i didn't pay their higher room rate direct through Village Hotels.

We had booked this room on a special offer for £30 with breakfast, we were extremely happy with the hotel and room especially for this price. We were offered an upgrade 48 hours before, where you submit an offer for an upgrade, we managed to get this for £7! The room was very modern and very clean, comfy beds with...

Hotel and facilities were great, bit noisy with the window open due to proximity of major roads but overall very happy. The view from our window was of the flat roof and air conditioning, not good but not there for the view so no real problem.

Room was clean and fresh but service and food needed more care and attention. Staff seemed over worked and rushed. The leisure facilites were good but very busy at times when when we wanted to use them.

Not sure I'd go back in a hurry but if looking for cheap overnight with minimal frills then this would be fine. Didn't use leisure facilities but looked...

We came for 3 days and had a very enjoyable , relaxing stay. We had an Easter deal which was amazing value with a 2 course meal and prosecco included . Staff are lovely especially the breakfast ladies. Room was clean and leisure facilities superb.

Good stay . Staff were all excellent. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom facilities were good especially the shower... Nice setting right near the river and very close to the town centre only about two miles away.

This hotel is lovely and modern with great facilities including bar, coffee shop, gym and pool. Rooms are a great size and amazing shower. Breakfast is good but more choice would be welcomed. Lots of parking and nearby various attractions.

Nice, clean and well located hotel. Staff helpful and friendly, food nice and nice to have an in house Starbucks. Rooms a little noisy, but good size TV with Sky, good shower and Dyson blade fan. Recommended.
