We stayed here because we where attending a wedding at The Orangery, I wish I never bothered! The guy who was on reception was very unwelcoming, we had to say hello to him first! Getting information out of him was like getting blood out of a stone. No extra information was given to us, I.e. Breakfast times, check out time,...

We chose to stay here over the Premier Inn. The hotel is clean, quirky and bright. The room was very clean. Everything you needed, Bottled water also supplied. Hotel is walking distance to town. ( about 5 mins ) Would definitely stay here again!! Next time I want to try the food, it smelled amazing!

The hotel is run by young staff who try hard and are very pleasant but you get the impression that whoever owns it is content to let it run under its own steam with little direction. Not having a wake up call facility because noone is about before 7 is an example
