A good room with a comfy bed, that had all one needed until woke up in morning to have a shower and the shower head was missing. Shower must of been cleaned so how did cleaner not report to maintenance? Obviously, didnt clean shower!More

The sign of good customer service is not that they get it right all the time..but when they get it wrong they fix it quickly and efficently . The assistant manager Suren was polite and professional..will return to the hub soon.
