The rooms are disgusting. Stained carpet and upholstery. Hard uncomfortable beds and pillows. Plastic bath and sink. Poor quality furniture. These rooms haven't been updated in at least 20years. Even the toilet paper is more like sandpaper. A modern TV is the only plus. Air conditioning that was modern in the 80s. I have to say the food was good... More

Dear Mr_Toto44, Thank you for your comments on your recent stay. I was disappointed to see we fell so far from your expectations. I was pleased to see you enjoyed the food, it is our hope you'll give us a second chance in the coming months once we have completed some works to refresh the rooms. Kind regards, Rob Unson... More

I stayed at this hotel last week and was pleasantly surprised. I stayed in an executive room. The room was clean and well presented (a bit too much pine if you ask me but personal taste) Extremely clean infact! Service was very good. The only issue I had was with the food - very basic hotel food - nothing to... More

What made our stay really memorable was a negative situation. The lift broke down and we met the housekeeper on the stairs to our room. She helped with our cases and showed us where and how to use the staff lift. Every day she took the time to find out how we were and if she could do something for... More

We stayed here for one night after visiting friends in Milton Keynes. I had emailed the Novotel prior to arrival to confirm that a travel cot would be provided for our toddler. When we arrived, a sofa bed had been made up instead. Two different members of staff tried to pack the sofa bed away, but it got stuck so... More

This is my second visit to this hotel it is well presented with friendly staff. Food was very good. The pool area is fantastic only let down by the changing rooms that had nowhere to dry yourself as the floors were constantly wet, also locker doors hanging off. Would benefit from a swimsuit dryer. I would recommend this hotel and... More

Just a short drive from Milton Keynes town centre this hotel was great place to stay for our visit to Bletchley Park. Speedy check in and the rooms are quite large compared to some more "upmarket" hotel I have stayed in. Clean, comfortable and with the added bonus of a separtate toilet and bathroom. Breakfast is a buffet style and... More
