This hotel is outdated with little attempt made to revitalise it. It is worth noting the star rating system is based on facilities, so it gets four stars for having a pool, a gym, etc, but the quality of these facilities is very poor. It clearly relies on one-off business stays using corporate deals. As they're not appealing to repeat...

I must have stayed here at least 20 times in the last few years and every time say that it's the last. The problem this place suffers from is the same as a raft of them in the vicinity in that as a corporate organisation they don't have to try. The staff (of which there are a lot of them)...

It is certainly our aim to offer efficient and attentive service. I would say that this is certainly one of our strengths and is comforting to the many repeat and long standing...

We booked the spa break for my Mum's 70th birthday as a surprise! We won't be coming back due to a catalogue of errors. Our times for spa treatments were cancelled the day before we arrived and changed (due to staff illness unavoidable but...) so that instead of it taking an hour and a half for the seven of us...

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. It is great to read the many positives you experienced. However, please accept my apologies about your room service, I will investigate. Our beds are all relatively new, so I can only imagine your bed didn't suit your own preference. I note your comment about the receptionist. We certainly do...

A group of eight ladies on a spa break for 2 nights including 3 course dinner and coffee, breakfast and a spa treatment. A very comfortable stay and remarkable value for money. A good choice of food, on hot plates and excellently cooked. All overseen by Alex a delightful young man who really enhanced our stay. In fact the staff,...

The hotel was welcoming, clean and extremely friendly. My small complaint..... our bed. It's was incredibly soft and lumpy every time my partner rolled over I was catapulted in the air!!! (amusing now but certainly not at the time). The room on the whole was very clean and the bathroom although small had a powerful shower and large mirror. The...

It was really a catch up with two friends. The hotel isn't beautiful aesthetically but inside it makes up for it. We stayed in an Executive Suite which had a double bed and a small double sofa bed which accommodated us all well. We arrived at 10.30am but the room was ready so that was nice. The room was quite...

Hotel looks nice, good facilities and bar looks nice. Rooms are definitely not 4*, very dated. Heating made a rather loud noise and when on had a strange smell. Restaurant food was nice, although maybe tried to be a bit posher than it was if that makes sense? The restaurant area isn't wonderfully decorated, the same area used for breakfast...
