First problem on entering the hotel is that the buzzer is not answered nor is it accessible without getting out of the car. Staff at reception friendly indeed all staff friendly but they are let down by the state of the Rooms and Corridors. My room (107) was clean however in need of a make over as bed, units walls and...

Beds were ok, fairly comfy but quite small. Room is just dated, carpets were disgusting in all the rooms I stayed in. Shower was the worst point for me as it is just not powerful enough. Very thin walls and tiny TV's. this place is ok if it's for work but I wouldn't recommend it for couples or families.

Just back from an over night stay here. Only positive was food was good. The hotel is tired and needs major refit. Paint off walls and wood work in corridors. Our room was smelly, wall paper was hanging off the walls. Cobwebs hanging down. Bathroom had tooth paste around the sink from previous guests. Rubbish under the draw units. Evening...

Bedrooms were absolutely fine, very clean and comfortable . Would definitely visit again. Well done to everyone at the Brittany's Bolton.xx

Unfortunately our room was very dirty. In particular, the bathroom floor was covered in hair, the toilet seat was soiled and a previous occupant's toothpaste tube was still left on a shelf. Overall the room was dusty and shabby. The staff in the hotel were unable to help apart from giving us the email address of customer services. I emailed...
