The web site talks glowingly of the hotel set in its own grounds which is very misleading as it's just a scruffy concrete car park. A few dubious people hanging around raised some concerns but friendly guy on reception and room seemed OK. On the positive side, the room was clean and the bed comfy. However, only three pillows for...

My parents and me & my husband booked 2 rooms to stay overnight to break up our journey. It was basic however the room was large, clean and the beds were comfy. I could use the shower in the morning as the shower head was black. In my parents room it was fine. But we were in a rush so...

Stayed here for one night.. Night and day staff are legend's.. Cant fault these guys.. Surrounding area is great, close to Crawley town centre and many restaurants and bars. The hotel is generally very clean and bright.. Now for the negatives: TV remote did not work. I feel for £49 for a double the TV remote should work. The water that...

This is the worst place I have lived since I came to England. I couldn't believe the service! So poor even dogs would feel the pain! The staff just don't care to address whatever we asked for. There were a couple of nails that stuck out of a broken cupboard which were very visibly a danger to anyone let alone...

We wanted a cheap B&B for before a flight from Gatwick. This place was . Our room was basic and clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very basic - carton of fruit juice, breakfast bar and a package croissant - but it was cheap enough not to cause a problem. Just gave us an excuse to get a...

Booked in for 1 night after arriving at Gatwick. Rooms basic but clean. Beds quite comfy. Staff friendly. OK for an overnight stay. Not a pretty outlook but plenty of parking. We thought it was alright for an over nighter,

Stayed here on a business trip. The bed was comfortable, clean room with tea and coffee facilities in it. Considering I had a double room, was pleased how spacious the room was and shower was fine too. There is also a free car park at the back of the b&b too. Close access to the town, with the asda supermarket...

The hotel was comfortable but in need of renovation in room The bed was comfortable, the room clean tea and coffee facilities in room and a complimentary continental breakfast in room Criticism would be they needed blind in windows and curtains that actually fitted the windows. All in all the hotel was ok, considering it was cheap at the time.
