This guest house is of an avergae quality.. It sleeps well and has a great shower... Good heat and ventilation.. It was quite noisey in the morning, however not for long. I think that the price should be lower, however in its defence it is in a sort of town central location. with a off licence opposite that shuts at...

We've stayed at this hotel a few times over the years. The owner has maintained the hotel well. Convenient for where it is located as it's not far from Gatwick airport. Comfortable beds and warm rooms. Perfect for a B&B.

We totally agree with reviews posted by others. The rooms were shabby - if a refurbishmnet has been recently carried out (as per guesthouse's website) we dread to think what they were like before. The shelf in the bathroom made it practically impossible to use the basin for anything other than washing your hands. The bathroom was cramped and there...

The room and bathroom were very small and simple but clean. The bed was old and excessively soft, ditto the pillows. The very tiny basin in the bathroom is under a glass shelf which are sufficiently close together that shaving required a masters degree in body contortion. I struggled with the 'free wifi' - the signal was that weak I...

Rooms basically clean but poor quality. Batthroom door would not lock. House again basically clean, very basic but untidy. Very poor choice for breakfast. The guest house might be aimed at tradesman but having stayed in a lot of B&B's this one just doesn't cut it. Would definitely not stay there again.

Found this to be one of the cheapest hotels in Crawley, stopped here overnight for business. The owners were very friendly and helpful, can't thank them enough for their help. I stopped in Room 3, quite small but again get what you pay for. Hotel boasts Freeview TV, Shower, Free Wi-Fi & more than ample storage for clothes etc. The...

The entrance to the B&B is a rather dark sad looking and has institutional feel or hostel style. Breakfast room is not very welcoming either. The room was better, not purposely build, with dark brown thin carpet, with shower cabin next to the bed with a newer addition of a separate toilet. The walls quite thin, so you could hear...

I stayed one night here at this guest house in crawley as I was departing from Gatwick the next morning. The room was clean and well presented with the facilities you would expect from a well known hotel chain. Full English Breakfast is an option at £5 was well worth the money and set me up for the journey ahead....

I have stayed at this B&B many times over the past 2 months for work. I have stayed in several of the rooms and can say that they all are furnished well and the same decor through out. Room 7 is the only room that isnt en-suit however the only thing missing is the shower as there is a wash...
