Visited for Afternoon Tea , having never been before, and was very pleasantly surprised. The presentation was very good with ample supply of tea, coffee etc. All of the elements of the afternoon tea were very nice indeed and tasty. Before the main event appeared we were given a scoop of rhubarb and star anise sorbet to cleanse the palate...

Myself and my mum enjoyed a fantastic afternoon tea here today. We were looked after impeccably by Ryan and his team, in particular a young lady whose name I did not get. The food was incredible and we were offered unlimited tea to go with it. Ryan is a real credit to your hotel, who was kind, patient and so...

Very attentive staff. Nice selection of desserts, would say sandwich choice was not traditional and not to my taste, so a little disappointing. But as I understand they change the selection regular. Lovely building.

Georgian, with a mature garden ideal for wedding photographs. It's romantic, quiet, with staff achieving that seeming impossibility - disappearing - until a split second before they are wanted. What['s more, it's close to the M4 access point, so it's a short ride to the airports to wing away on your honeymoon.

We visited on a sunday afternoon and very much enjoyed our afternoon tea . There are lots of choices of teas, plus coffee. The tea sorbet was lovely combining two flavours I would not normally choose ie earl grey and ginger and it was superb. The sandwich selection was beautifully fresh and varied. The earl grey and blood orange cake...

Came here for afternoon tea with the family for my 50th birthday. We enjoyed the experience. Nice menu with a selection of different teas. Various sandwiches and cakes and scones. Was a nice touch to have the sorbet to start with. The chocolate muffins were too cold and would have been nice if there had been some seasoning in the sandwiches....

I stayed at this hotel as a stopover stay. It is very conveniently located just off junction 15 of the M4 so great as a business stay. I arrived late so did not have dinner but the reception on arrival was friendly and my room was really lovely with a very large separate ensuite bathroom. I have not seen a...

Had a wonderful afternoon tea with friends. Staff were excellent, welcoming us all through reception to our table. Lovely sandwiches and wraps, freshly baked scones with jam and cream and a lovely selection of cakes were served after a peach and prosecco sorbet. Pots of tea were nice and hot. Coffee was also served in a cafeteria. Service was excellent...
