I had a fabulous stay in this Premier Inn on two different nights. Manager Alison leads from the front supported by a fabulous team Suzanne Steffi Dan Mark Alex Helen (at breakfast time). Very good team that puts the customer first. EXCELLENT Customer service.
The hotel was in a great location close to bars & restaurants. The staff were very friendly efficient & helpful. The bed was very comfy & we had a good night's sleep. The shower was powerful & the room a decent size. We paid a bargain price for our stay & wouldn't hesitate to stay again
Great location for our needs. Good staff. Clean, although I did hear of two couples complaining about noise during the night. We were not disturbed and would definitely use this hotel again. Thank you
The staff at this premier inn are the best I’ve ever experienced. We stayed over night on route to Alton towers. We were made to feel very welcome, the staff couldn’t do enough for us(even sprayed my jumper with stain remover after my granddaughter wiped Nutella down my arm) overall would definitely recommend this place
Arrived at premier inn after a 4.5hr drive. Planned to go to alton towers. Chose premier inn as we like them so drove on a further 20 miles past alton towers area to get this. Checked in and Went for dinner. Got back and went to bar for drinks to take to room. Asked for 2 different drinks from menu. Neither available. Berry spritz and appletise for my daughter they didn't have. I ended up with cider, nevertheless this was fine. We took our drinks to the room. My fiance ran a bath, I got changed and pulled back the covers to find multiple long black hairs in the bed. Myself and daughter both have blonde hair. I instantly felt sick. I cannot bare this. I tried calling down to reception 4 times but no answer. Eventually I had to put my vocation on and go down to reception in my pyjamas. Informed man who was pleasant. Then the same girl who served us at the bar earlier assuming the manager, apologised and said she had another room snd she would go and make it up if we pack all out things. I said my partner is in a bath. She said no hurry or I can just changed the bed of the room your in. But by that point I wanted to move. So we moved downstairs to other room. Beds were clean but I wanted to go for a shower, what looked like toothpaste on the bathroom floor and black course hair remnants on the sink vanity area. I am feeling very angry by this point. So I take pictures again. Get out baby wipes which I always bring for my wee girl and have to clean again. I don't have a shower, I go back down to reception to inform them. I cannot understand how 2 rooms are not clean. Things like hair if a room is cleaned and vacuumed would not be there. A d as for all the hair in bed. That bed was not changed. …
Great location, convenient safe very cheap and secure parking right across the road, 30 second walk in to town, cleanliness was spot on,staff were very polite and helpful, easy to find, will definitely be returning very soon
Immaculately clean and modern room. Great temperature controls and very quiet. Breakfast was delcious, the colleague who served me was Mark and he was very efficient and attentive throughout. A Manager came over towards the end of me eating to say hello which was appreciated, from memory her name was Denise. I will 100% visit again when next in Derby.
Me and my friend stopped at the Premier Inn at the weekend to attend Ladyboys. First impressions the room was clean and beds very comfy. Tea/coffee facilities available too. the breakfast next morning was excellent. Plenty of choice for hungry bellies. Staff always happy to help. We will definitely be back
Excellent location. Our experience from staff before and during our stay was impressive in terms of their helpfulness and capability. The breakfast was excellent for a chain hotel and the price paid. The hotel exceeded our expectations for the price paid and we will look favourably on Premier Inn in the future.
We stayed for 76 days! (House move) Believe me we wouldn’t have stayed if we didn’t like it. From check in to check out our stay was faultless. Reception are extremely helpful with any queries. Breakfast was always spot on with great choices and service is faultless. We didn’t use the restaurant in the evening. Staff are working incredibly hard and it shows. Nothing was too much trouble. Just ask! I have no hesitation in recommending this Premier Inn to family and friends visiting Derby. Great City Centre location.
