Positives: clean sheets, sweet staff that try their best, warm water for showers. Negatives: all rooms smell of damp dust and grime in corners, plastic mattresses (!!), lots of broken things - wobbly headboards, dodgy light fittings, lamps and TVs that don't work, broken banister...More
