Kiera, Gemma, Sophie, absolutely made our stay amazing... definitely recommend. Place is spotless foods amazing just generally fantastic. We will be staying again soon and would definitely recommend you do too
I arrived at the hotel at 21.30 and went to bed at 2200 Foreign children screaming and shouting playing in the corridor woke me up. Despite me asking them to go to their rooms and be quiet they didn’t so I ran reception and complained! I am amazed I was put in that room when there had obviously been issues with the children previously. The receptionist said on not the children again.
Absolutely lovely clean rooms and lovely views on both sides of the hotel. Staff are very friendly and couldnt do more to help. Special thanks to donna and amy for making our stay so much more enjoyable! Food was lovely and reasonably priced and very accommodating with pets! Lovely!
stayed there for a business trip with 3 of my colleagues, we booked and paid a few days before. when getting to the hotel after a 3 hour drive, we got there at 10:30pm. the reception team were trying to make us pay again for the booking, i showed my bank statement/booking reciept where it confirmed the payment. they decided to leave it until morning as i mentioned i might go down for breakfast before we leave for our work commitment at 8. they said a manager will be there to see me and talk through whats happened... no manager was there, the young lad on reception took my key card and that was the end of it... the manager should have been there for atleast an apology of the mistake on their teams part.
Comfortable and spotless rooms and hotel. Staff were excellent. Especially Donna who made us laugh in the evening after an emotional day at a funeral. Great food and a few drinks professionally served up by fun helpful staff.
