stayed 3 nights, room not seviced at all,no towel changes no bin emptied no tea coffee refill, asked reception butseamed not interested left note on door each day but still no cleaner, otherwise hotel all ok but need to sort cleaning out
I stayed here with family for a couple of nights and I must say this is one of the best Travelodge’s I’ve stayed at. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly. A special mention to the manager, Teresa…super efficient, friendly and knowledgable when I needed advice on places to visit and eat. We will definitely visit again.
Myself and family always call in at Pride Park Travelodge every Derby home game. We are always made extremely welcome by all staff. A huge shout out to Teresa and Klaudia who are so amazing at what they do. Nothing is too much trouble. This can only be echoed from the Derby v Fulham match on good Friday. They were under extreme pressure but kept there cool and smiles at all times when to be quite honest faced with extremely rude away fans. Their children ran riot and they left an awful mess behind them with little or no thanks at all for the service they recieved. Total professionals at all times. They continued to give service with a smile and went above and beyond even when they were abused by the Fulham parents and children. These two are a credit to the chain of your hotels and sometimes this is overlooked. Teresa and Klaudia you are fab ❤ xx…
Stayed for 2 nights. Although there was a bed and it was warm there was too much noise from outside the hotel (cars) and within the hotel from other guests, shouting, running up the corridor and persistent door slamming. The room evidently hadn’t been cleaned properly with drink stains up walls, dirt in the shower, dust around edges of carpet and food stains up the base of the bed. During my stay not once did I hear a hoover and I spent most of my time in the room. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It may be an idea to incorporate the parking into the price of the room as this is an added extra when not required at other hotels which are priced the same. The friendly staff and local amenities are the only positives about this hotel.
Having stayed here for the last 6 months I think I have a pretty good measure of this place. You cannot get a better hotel or staff in my opinion. The staff cannot do enough for you, especially the evening staff. Teresa and her girls are absolutely amazing and nothing is too much trouble for the them. Jodi and Jeena are outstanding members of staff headed by the amazing Teresa. And as for the breakfasts, you won't find better value and freshness all personally cooked by Lee the chef. If your looking for an amazing hotel for work purposes or a short break this is the place for you. OUTSTANDING.
I have just checked out of the travel lodge pride park and want to thank all the staff especially to t and terressa they made my stay very comfortable nothing was to much trouble i felt at ease the whole 3 nights I stayed. the room was clean tidy and towels and tea replaced when asked. thanks u all once again at travel lodge pride park.
On arriving at the travelogue we was met by a lovely receptionist gave us all the information about times of meals breakfast etc asked for disabled bathroom was everything I asked for beds lovely and comfortable but starting to look a bit shabby bleach marks on carpets carpets badly faded the nets in the room had seen better days on going out in a wheelchair there was no access to the footpath we had to go around the industrial estate to get to the footpath bit scary when coming back in the dark
Good price. Comfortable clean rooms. Staff at reception gave good welcome and were extremely helpful. 'All you can eat breakfast' prepared by Tyler was brilliant. He was also most attentive to the food bar, keeping it topped up as necessary with well prepared range of breakfast foods. We have now visited several times and will do so again.
I was served by Teresa who was extremely pleasant and welcoming upon arrival, she was very polite and helpful I will definitely be returning due to her professionalism and helpfulness. Fantastic service
We booked online on the afternoon we arrived which was easy. The room and bathroom were clean. The beds comfortable. It was great having two extra beds for the children, so they didn't have to share a sofa bed or bed.
