We arrived at this hotel to find that the computer was not working but the receptionist allocated us a room manually. On route to the room we were told by the cleaners that the room was not cleaned but we could drop off our bags. We travelled into Gloucester to visit the Cathedral and on our return the room was...

Whilst the majority of the hotel, inside and out, is very dated and in need of modernisation, the room we were given was a big, double aspect room on the ground floor, at the back of the hotel. We had 3 windows that opened, so keeping cool was not a problem, especially as a fan was also provided. The room...

Stayed several days for a family wedding--very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable, very clean and good food. Also various nice places to sit, both in and outside. Set in lovely countryside and easy access to various villages and towns. Had always thought of Premier Inns as for one-night stopovers on journeys, but not any more---will definitely consider them for longer...

We have stayed here several times now and never been disappointed. Lovely clean room and comfortable bed. We always book the meal deal which is excellent value. All the staff in the hotel and restaurant are extremely caring and helpful. We shall be back next year.

Booked 6 rooms (4 double; 1 twin; 1 family) for either 1 or 2 nights for family and friends to attend my wife's 50th birthday party at a nearby venue. Tend to book Premier Inn as a reasonable option for such events, and when staying anywhere for a couple of nights. They are normally clean, not cheap but not overpriced,...

The Premier Inn itself is comfy, although not as clean as the last time we stayed there. Rooms were far too hot to have a decent nights sleep, find that to be the case in many Premier Inns though. The Wifi was terrible, we lost the signal if we moved more than a foot away from the door. Paid for...

We have stayed at this Premier Inn on previous occasions and we have always been impressed with the rooms. However, this time we were booked into room 22. This particular room is situated in the old part of the building and is small by comparison to other rooms we have used. The bathroom etc. while adequate for a one night...

Clean and tidy bedroom and bathroom. A little noise when other guests walk down corridor, and could hear next room toilet flush if very quiet in night. But comfortable bed and I had 3 good nights sleep.

Stayed at this hotel on our way for a family holiday to Somerset. Form the outside the building look a bit dated inside the was not much better, the room was fine. Was a bit concerned that traffic noise may have been a problem but had a good night's sleep could not hear any traffic in our room.
