Went out for some last minutes Sunday dinner and come across this place on a drive around. We were just a few minutes late but they still accommodated us. We had a lovely roast dinner and pud. The service was very good, but the pub was also very quiet after Mothers day rush. Would definately go again. Thanks

Stayed here for long Weekend. Couldn't have asked for a better venue. Lovely room with fabulous facilities and views. We ate in the restaurant on our first night with friends and we all had wonderful tasty meals freshly prepared and well cooked and presented. Breakfast the next day was just as good and and the staff were helpful. We really...

Popped in for a quick snack only to be disappointed. What I can't get over is why you can't get served a nice sandwich with proper bakery bread. Instead we had to make do with a mediocre sliced white with minimal filling. Sorry but this comment is fair and honest.

Had lunch with a friend on a cold day. Lovely log fire soon warmed us up. I had steak pie my friend had fish pie, both very good and filling. Staff very pleasant service good. Prices rather higher than usual pub food, would go again though.

We booked for one night and ended up staying for another. the Wellington is nicely situated at Darley with lovely views across the countryside. The room we had has a balcony which will be really nice in good weather. Whilst the room was small it was adequately furnished with a comfortable bed. There is a restaurant with an excellent menu...

Discovered this pub at the end of a good day's walk in Nidderdale. It has a smart exterior and a large car park. Inside the decor is more traditional and olde worlde but none the worse for that... the central open fire is wonderful. Warm welcome at the bar and it's a pub which seems used to walkers. Didn't try...

Parking: excellent - plenty of room. Venue: excellent - lovely views. Drinks: excellent, if a little expensive. Service: very good - very polite and friendly staff. Food: unfortunately, poor to average - no salad dressing with the starter and the word Cajun was irrelevant. Yorkshire puddings like cardboard. Would I go again? No.

Fabulous location, the staff were all excellent and so welcoming. The open fire on a cold winter's night was great. The room was well appointed. Food in the restaurant was home cooked and brilliant. Cannot recommend the Wellington inn enough. Thank you for the stay.

We were let down at the last minute for some accommodation for a weekend away with friends. At short notice this pub with accommodation sorted 3 double rooms & looked after us.Thoroughly enjoyed the food/service & the rooms. Great weekend. Fab location, could imagine its fantastic in summer.

Lovely pub, we had goats cheese starter which was very nice but a lot of cheese and spare ribs which were absolutely fabulous. Sunday dinner was nice but the Yorkshire Puds although huge were a bit like cardboard which was the only thing that let it down. The gentleman behind the bar was a little snappy which let it down...
