This was our second visit to the Glenayr. This time stayed for 3 nights in mid November. Weather was lousy but Liz was fantastic, even allowing us to bring in a Chinese takeaway on a filthy night when we couldn't be bothered going out anywhere. Full cooked breakfast was superb but if you wanted healthy option including fresh fruit this...

This is just a massive thanks to Liz for the way she looked after my 3 subcontractors who were working in Harrogate last week. These guys spend a lot of their time living away from home and they all agreed that the Glenayr was the best place they had stayed. Liz was kind enough to dry their clothes and even...

My fiancee and I spent a really nice couple of nights in this B&B last week. Location was ideal for walking into the town centre, the room was perfect and the breakfast was beautiful too. Would highly recommend to anyone, Thanks Liz!

We were warmly welcomed by Liz who could not do any more to make our four night stay so enjoyable. Immaculate comfortable bedroom with lovely hospitality tray. Excellent breakfast, the fresh fruit was delicious as was the full English. This guest house is amazing. Thank Liz. We wish we were still there.

We booked for a 3 night stay via Liz on the website. Liz was very welcoming when we arrived. She had street maps for Harrogate (very useful) plus plenty of other visitor attraction information. The 'full English' breakfasts were superb, although customers had a choice of the kind of meal they required. The Glenayr is literally only 7 minutes walk...

Just returned home from a super two night stay at at the Glenayr. The reviews regarding cleanliness and the high quality breakfast are to be believed. There was absolutely nothing to fault regarding this charming B&B. It is really enhanced by the warm and friendly reception from Liz and John who really made us feel welcome. The location is ideal...

What a find this was, booked because it was near concert venue but it could not have been better in anyway, stayed three nights but I wished it had been longer. Liz and John are super hosts, their guest accommodation is lovely and very clean. Breakfast one of the best I have ever had with a great choice, lots of...

This is a lovely house and we were very warmly welcomed by Liz. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious; we could not have done any better on our first visit to Harrogate. It was a short walk to the centre, which was very welcome. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this lovely guest house and what a fantastic time we had. Glenayr is in an ideal location, about a 10 minute walk to Harrogate town centre and all it's lovely attractions. The guest house is lovely, our room was quiet, spotlessly clean and decent sized mugs in the room for a good old English cup of tea!!...
