Amazed at how spotlessly clean my room was. Very friendly host. Super breakfast. Could not fault this guest house on any aspect, I've stayed in many B&B's but this one by far is the best. Bed & pillows were of very high standard. Free toiletries, modern rooms with a lovely day room to use. I'm booking another week here on...

The room was very clean with toiletries provided. There was also a small bowl of fruit. The breakfast was excellent. There was fruit juice, fresh fruit, cereals, and a choice of cooked breakfast along with toast, tea or coffee. The owners were very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. Car parking was on the road outside which you were...

Stayed on business trip, room was paid for so can't comment on rates. The room was very spacious, bright and clean. The hostess was lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was freshly cooked, it was a good portion and very good quality. Would definetly stay there again.

We recently enjoyed a two night stay at the Dales with our 7 month old daughter. We chose the Dales after previously having booked another B&B who's owner had suggested we needed to book two adjoining rooms as a precaution in case our baby cried during the night and disturbed other guests! No such demands were made at the Dales,...

We Stayed here for the weekend, The Dales is a lovely place to stay, well placed for the town and the Valley Gardens entrance is just yards away. The place is spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated, the breakfast is excellent and you can have any combination you like. The owners were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. A...

Just a few minutes walk from the town centre, where there are loads of shops, pubs, restaurants and other attractions, The Dales is also opposite Valley Gardens, a delightful park, and a lovely way to walk into town. We stayed for 2 nights and were made very welcome here. The room was spacious, the facilities excellent, the breakfast was delicious,...

We loved this guest house. An attractive room overlooking the park with everything we needed. We enjoyed a large breakfast and nothing was too much trouble for owner Chris. Also very convenient for the centre of Harrogate although beware as it is up a steep hill!

The Dales Guest House comes highly recommended. We were impressed by its quiet location opposite the Valley Park but within an easy walk to town. The cooked breakfast was amazing and set you up for a day full of exploration.

Such a warm welcome from Chris and she also helped me with my heavy case. Huge, comfy bed with great feather duvet and pillows to suit, soft fluffy towels, fresh flowers and fruit in the room, which was spotless. Breakfasts cooked to perfection with a wide fresh choice and superb coffee. Located in a peaceful street overlooking a beautiful park...
