Wow. Loved this place. Really beautifully refurbished hotel. Stayed on the 8th floor (club rooms) really lovely room. Massive bed for 1! Bathroom looks like they could have spent a bit more time doing it up but I was still fine. Be great when they get the club lounge sorted. Bit of an odd route to the restaurant but shows...

I stayed here several times when it was a Holiday Inn, and was back in Harrogate on Tuesday to find it has been upgraded to a Crowne Plaza. The lobby has been refurbished and looks excellent, as does the bar which is a very cosy place for a drink in the evening, with a terrace if it's warm. My 6th...

Just upgraded from a holiday in and nicely done too. Didnt eat in for dinner as there are so many places to eat in Harrogate. Breakfast was good and plentiful. My usual gripe about additional car park charges when you have to park there anyway.

Thank you for feedback, I am pleased you like the refurbishment changes and your visit overall. The discounted fee for our secure undercover car park is the norm for town/city hotels. Some prefer to hide it in the room rate, but we choose to remain transparent. Best regards, Nicolas

Really liked our stay at the crowns Plaza. The hotel is well laid out the decor is stylish and modern. The staff are well trained and very polite. Our double bed was huge and very comfortable. Excellent location for the centre.the breakfast was good quality with plenty to choose from. The bar is spacious and reasonably priced. Will use again.

We returned here with a complimentary stay as we had bad major issues last year. This visit was very disappointing as the room was below standard. Torn wallpaper, no bulb in the standard lamp & a seriously bad crack right across the wash basin which was dirt filled. Breakfast was not good either as service was non existent & a...

Stayed for one night whilst planning to visit the flower show on the Sunday. On arrival I will say the under ground car park was fairly full and other reviews are right, if you have a big wide car you've no chance of bagging a space because most only fit a sml car. The hotel experience was good, the staff...

Decent modern rooms and friendly service. Very handy for the centre of town, and next door to the Convention Centre. Only slight negatives are the very tight underground parking spaces (£7 per night) and paying extra for breakfast - whilst being good it should still be included in the room cost. Would recommend, and will stay again.

Visit to Harrogate this hotel is well placed. We parked in the hotels underground car park which is rather tight for modern cars, care in parking is needed. We made our way up to reception, via the lifts. The member of staff were very curt not at all welcoming. Very cold no welcome from her at all. We made our...

We booked this as a couple for an overnight stay in the lovely town of Harrogate. I would have given it a better score except for one thing...I'll highlight this later. The hotel is a modern 11 story ediface 5 minute walk from the town centre so it's really well located albeit out of character for the town with its...

Thank you for your feedback. I am pleased that you enjoyed your visit overall. I do appreciate your observations about the discounted fee for our secure undercover car parking but will point out that most town/city centre hotels charge a car parking fee as the land these are on do incur costs. Those hotels who chose not to charge a...
