Central location. Free parking. Tasteful and well appointed rooms. Wide choice for breakfast. Wish I could find something to say that needs changing but I can't. I was later arriving than I expected but was met at the door and my bag taken to my room whilst I put the free parking permit on my car. It's a little gem...

Can not find fault with this B&B. The rooms are spotlessly clean and really well presented. A special thanks to Marie and her staff did everything they could to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Great location a few minutes walk from the centre. Absolutely loved every minute of the whole weekend and can't wait to go back.

Well situated, spotlessly clean, ultra comfy beds, super friendly owners and great value. A short stroll from the centre of Harrogate, Scotia House was a delight. A warm welcome with coffee and biccys on arrival, ringing to book us a table at the restaurant for us and, when they found out we were househunting, supplying a stack of Property Pages...

Spent a night in this delightful B&B. I had a compact double room on the top floor which was spotlessly clean. Nice tray of complimentary teas/coffee/water and nibbles. Very comfortable bed. Beautifully cooked breakfast in the morning too. Very friendly landlady. Would recommend.

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms, with lots of extras. Plenty of choice at breakfast with items being cooked to order. Maria was an excellent host and very helpful regarding the surrounding area and places to eat. Situated in a quiet location but very close to all local amenities. Parking permits are available on a daily basis if required....
