The Dolls house at the entrance to Rathaspeck Manor & par 3 golf course has always intrigued me. Now, an eir b&b, this quirky 2 bedroom property is an ideal base to explore all Wexford has to offer. Fully equipped with everything that guests should need and lots of added little extras, it was a joy to call this place our "home" for a couple of nights. There is safe on-site parking, lots of outside space for relaxing, barbecue ( provided), and dining. The shrubs were a bit hit with the local butterflies! Inside, there are several quaint seating areas, and the second bedroom is accessed from a lovely little reading room via a steep staircase. I did find that although the 4 porthole style windows had blackout roller blinds, the room was still very bright from sunrise. The hosts were very accomodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Where to start, a true example of excellent hospitality!
The room and bathroom were amazing! We stayed for 5 wonderful nights to recharge the batteries.
Betty & Mick the owners are wonderful hosts and looked after us from the moment we booked our stay. The choice and quality of breakfast each morning was a pure treat. There is a selection of beautiful fresh fruit & yogurt, and lots of hot breakfast options from the menu. (Including Gluten-Free) :-)
Rathaspeck’s location is great for tourists like us. From here you are within minutes of Wexford Town, Rosslare, and Curracloe and it is also a great spot from which to strike to Hook Head, Kilmore Quay, and surrounds.
Cannot fault anything with this gorgeous B&B.

Just home from a three night stay here. I really enjoyed it, felt like something different in comparison to a 'regular' hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Recommend the pancakes and full Irish. Betty and Mick are lovely, very genuine and attentive hosts. Room was beautiful, felt extremely luxurious as both bedrooms have access to their own little living room area. Bathroom is spacious, shower was really nice. House is beautiful and kept in excellent condition.

Truly superb accommodation. Beautiful home and a lovely place to stay if you want real peace and quiet. Betty and Mick are excellent hosts and the breakfast is terrific. The smoked salmon and scrambled eggs were delicious and kept me going for the day. The bed was big and comfy with beautiful fresh, high quality bedding. Bathroom had a lovely heated floor and excellent shower.
The par three is excellent with well maintained greens and a couple of short par 4s for good measure. Quiet, peaceful and welcoming. We'll be looking for opportunities to return.

An absolute treasure. An oasis of escape to this charming idyllic property in beautiful natural grounds. 5 star accommodation, 6 star authentic warm genuinely friendly service, great nights sleep, supreme breakfast. A home from home. So much better than staying at any hotel. The attention to detail to make you feel special and at home. It was almost like visiting a favourite uncle and aunt. Thank you Mike and Betty for your warm hospitality. Rejuvenated. A slice of heaven hidden away just outside Wexford town yet just a few mins by car from the cutsie town centre. The manor is surrounded by beautiful parkland and a golf course. We'll be back. Loved our time in this very special place. My only regret is we could not stay longer. EV charging capability via granny cable to outdoor socket was really handy and left us ready for return trip to Dublin.

From the moment Betty greeted us at the very impressive entrance until we drove past the Dolls House to reluctantly go home every moment of our stay was perfect. Our room was, as were all the other rooms, lovingly and beautifully restored with luxurious fabrics and furnishings. The house itself is immaculately maintained and the grounds and golf course are amazing. If I had to pick one highlight it would have to be the chats over breakfast with Betty and Mick. Perfect hosts. They don't just make you feel welcome, they make you feel at home. We will definitely be back.

Although it was February, and the wind howled, the stately Manor was a perfect backdrop to a stormy night. Beautifully appointed bedrooms rooms and reception areas, this superb property should be on the list of anyone looking for somewhere memorable to stay. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Stayed 3 nights.. Excellent. Greeted by owner Betty and looked after very well. Big rooms and large bathroom. Breakfasts were superb. Lots of choice. Excellent adherence to current Covid rules. Virtually no interaction with other guests was much appreciated in current times. Will definitely be back.

I was travelling for work and luckily for me other hotels were booked up so I found this wonderful gem of a place. Everything, just everything was perfect. Betty and Mick were a joy. My room was fabulous. I slept like a log and felt like I was in a spa retreat rather than working. I count not recommend this beautiful place more highly. I will definitely be back - I certainly wont be staying in hotels from now on! Well done you two - it was the most enjoyable work trip I've ever had. Thanks

Such a lovely stay, we booked for 4 nights B&B and couldn’t have wished for a nicer experience. The room (sr Aidan’s) was absolutely beautiful with a gorgeous view, a very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom facilities. Breakfast was excellent, a wide choice all freshly cooked to order. Thank you Betty & Mick for your warm welcome and generous hospitality, we will definitely be back !

Are there restaurants nearby, we arrive this evening and hope to get a nice dinner somewhere nearby.
You would need to drive to Wexford about 3 miles away. Restaurants in Ireland seem to stop serving early.
Hi Andrew,
We live around a 7 minute drive from the main town of Wexford, it doesn't have a shopping centre but it does have a main street with a lot of independent shops and also a big TK Maxx, New Look, and other clothes shops. There are plenty of good pubs in the town centre, we recommend the Sky and the Ground and the Crown pubs to all our guests.
Yes, a couple had a child with them when we were there, seemed to be in a family room.
Probably expensive if you had a lot of kids with you though.
