Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed here in early June. My husband had food poisoning and had been up the previous night throwing up all night. Therefore he was really looking forward to an early night in this lovely B & B..... The b & b was lovely and everything was clean so we were happy. We had an early night and suddenly around 12:30 in the morning we were awoken by a huge fight taking place downstairs. We heard dishes being broken and people yelling and this continued untill the early hours, 5:30 to be exact. We were under the impression that it was the owners of the b& b. We were exhausted after getting no sleep and we wearily went down stairs for breakfast. We were given breakfast by a young girl in pajamas without an apology in sight for all the noise that was caused for the guests the previous night. We paid our 70 euros and off we went and I know now that I will never go back...It was a disgrace!!
