Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Excellent clean, comfortable rooms only 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Pub is friendly with a great atmosphere run well by Liam who is an excellent host. Food is first class and we can especially recommend Mary's potato cakes!

When we pulled up we didnt know what to expect. The outside is very dated so was afraid the inside was the same. But we were greeted by the lovely owner who showed us around which put our mind at rest. A nice bar and cafe attached. Our room was basic but very clean and very nicely presented. Very very comfortable. 15 mins walking distance to main street. No complaints from us. We were only staying for 1 night out for a night out with friends so sinnots was ideal. This is the definition of don't judge a book by its cover. 😁

Hospitality excellent with 8/29 staying here with very clean rooms. All 29 of us had a nice breakfast. The Irish craic & Welsh singing combined to make three unforgettable evenings. Liam our host catered for our every need to make our trip most memorable. Diolch!

Liam went above and beyond during our recent stay there. He dropped and collected us to/from a concert, made us food late at night and just couldn’t do enough. Rooms are really nicely decorated, clean and overall great value. Will definitely be back
