We were so thrilled by our stay in Robin hill. The proprietor Deirdre, and all her friendly staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and enjoying our stay. The furniture of the whole B&B is absolutely charming, beautiful, quirky, homely, totally the opposite of generic hotel furniture. Each piece has a story in itself. The bedroom was so pretty and original, the bed extremely comfortable with dream pillows, the bathroom extremely clean and a super shower. The bedroom had all amenities like lots of plugboards and sockets, water and tea making facility, plenty of space to put our clothes, a beautiful wardrobe coming straight from Normandy. The whole lot very clean and spacious. Every bedroom is different, with a lot of character. We had dinner there and we had drinks beforehand in one of the lounges, which was very cosy, again with beautiful and original pieces of furniture. We enjoyed diner afterwards, tapas, which were out of this world. You could genuinely have thought yourself in Spain, they were that good. Deirdre is a fabulous chef. he portions are extremely generous, and there was a huge choice of tapas which catered for every taste. The deserts were absolutely amazing, even though we had barely room for them, but we had to have them! Deirdre and her staff brought a little birthday cake for my husband with 2 candles on it, it was so kind and thoughtful, and the whole didning room sang happy birthday to him! The atmosphere of the place is very relaxed, with beautiful background music. The dining room is very nicely decorated and there is a luxury feel to the place thanks to the white table cloths and the chairs covered by the same material. Deirdre and the staff are very attentive and relaxed at the same time. A real pleasure, really, a very enjoyable experience. The tables were spaced out enough, so that we felt we had our own little private space, just for the two of us. After a wonderful and restful night, we had breakfast. It was really lovely, with so much to choose from, in fact we made it a brunch. I absolutely loved my scrambled eggs with salmon, with little pieces of salmon inside the eggs, delicious! My husband enjoyed the full Irish very much. The china we drank tea in was beautiful, and dainty and I can understand why this is called "Victorian Tea Rooms". I went out in the garden, as the weather was so nice, and there, is a beautiful view of the sea. Lots of lovely comfy seats to sit in and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the garden. We were surprised not to hear cars or noise, or anything, just a very peaceful place to relax. I highly recommend this little heaven of a place, a gem not far from the city center of Cobh.

The B&B was very homely, friendly hosts and a lovely breakfast. The room was compact, but well equipped, grand for a one night stay.
Scoring a 3 as we noticed tan on the underside of the duvet cover the following morning. (Neither of us were wearing tan). It just leaves a bad taste as it appeared that bed linen hadn't been changed from the previous guests.

Want to meet some absolutely beautiful people on your trip to Ireland and be spoilt rotten in their charming B&B? Stay at Robin Hill!! We came across this delightful B&B while driving around Wexford and arrived unannounced. Val and her beautiful family could not do enough to make us feel welcome. Meeting her beautiful family and staying in their wonderful home was quite honestly one of the highlights of our holiday. The bedrooms were lovely, we were spoilt rotten and Val and her husband went out of their way to make us feel at home. The rooms look like they have been designed by an interior decorator, and the food is delicious! We absolutely LOVED our stay! Thank you!!!

If you're looking for a nice place to stay over in Curracloecall Valerie at Robin Hill. We stayed last Sat night as we were attending a Christening in Castlebridge close by. This is a very comfy one. The family are so homely and welcoming.. The rooms are comfy and well equipped. all you need and a hearty breakfast the next morning to set you up for the day ahead.. We had left our car at Castlebridge the night before and took a taxi back to the B+B. Robert was so kind as to drive us back to Castlebride after breakfast... That is service beyond what you expect. Thank you so much Valerie, Robert & family. We will be back.

Was very impressed with this b&b. What i am really interested in from accomodation is peace & quiet at night time. The owner, Valerie, ensured that i got it. She couldnt do enough to please, a wonderful person, and great kids too. Our room was spotless and well maintained. The location was very convenient. Mins away from Culcaloe Beach and Wexford Slobs Wildfowl Refuge. Thats why we came - birdwatching. Only minutes away from Wexford. I highly recommend this b&b. We stayed in room 2 - its silent.

A great night's rest: wonderful hostess, great sleep, and terrific full breakfast. One of best nights - quiet, and close to somewhere for dinner. Highly recommend Robin Hill B&B.

I stayed here for 2 nights in April and had a great time, Valerie is a very friendly, accommodating person and made the stay very pleasant. Breakfast was lovely, well cooked and very tasty. The room was clean and had everything you could need on hand. Location is excellent, close to Curracloe and next door to the hotel for food/drinks.

This place caught our eye as we drove along looking for accommodation with its beautiful immaculate gardens out the front.
We were welcomed in the most friendly of fashions and made to feel at home from the minute we arrived.
The rooms are perfect and you couldn't ask for anything better. They are very, very clean and tidy and well furnished with all the extras one would expect such as TV, wifi, tea and coffee making facilities and separate ensuite.
The Irish breakfast on the morning of our departure was the perfect way to start the day and we are so glad we found this little gem which is located right next door to the local pub. Now that's a bonus.
Highly recommend this B&B to anyone.
