Stayed overnight as catching early ferry to uk for Nephews Graduation. Ann was a wonderful host so inviting and suggested a lovely place to eat 2 minutes up the road. Room was very comfy and very very clean and Breakfast was one of the best I have ever tasted-freshly cooked to order none of this pre-heated food here. Within a couple of minutes to the ferry. Very relaxing and a great nights sleep.

We chose this B and B because of the good reviews on tripadvisor. It was as good as previous comments suggest and recommend it. It is so close to the ferry port that you can see a the boats from you the bedrooms. Plenty of time for a cooked breakfast before checkin.

We stopped over for one night at Cranny's ready for the morning Ferry (The ferry port is a 2 minute drive away) Ann gave us a warm welcome and even remembered us from a previous stay. Cranny is perfect for a stop over, with the room being very clean & comfortable. There were also lovely touches like fresh milk and biscuits on our tea tray and the breakfasts are lovely. Ann was a brilliant host and went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us with a last minute hitch before we departed. We look forward to staying again on our next visit to Ireland, Rob & Laura

Clean, convenient b&b just a couple of minutes drive from the ferry port. Near 2 good pubs for food. Rooms are clean but the mattress was too hard and the shower room was rather small. The shower was very weak and it took me ages to wash and rinse my hair. Break fast was optional and not included in the price. I can't comment on breakfast as we didn't have any. The owner was very friendly and gave us a tea try for our room.

We stopped over for one night on our way back home. Ann was really friendly and the perfect host. The house itself is beautifully decorated and we parked up in the sitting room to chill out before going for evening meal. Breakfast was excellent - full on cereal, sausage, bacon, eggs, beans, mushrooms, toast, coffee - the works. We chatted with Ann over breakfast and found her to be really friendly and she couldn't have been more helpful. Really good - will be certainly be booking again next time we are in Ireland. The two local bars which both serve food are only a short walk away. The ferry is a two minute drive.

Ann is a very friendly and welcoming host. She has a real interest in the people who share her home if only for the night before a ferry crossing. The local pubs both do bar food and are a short walk away. Less than 5 minutes from the ferry.

My family stayed here for a night before getting the ferry. We arrived late evening when most people's working day is over (especially with the early starts one would have in a b&b) but Ann could not have been more welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean and lovely and quiet.

We were in a bit of a panic next morning thinking we might be late for the ferry if we didn't get there an hour beforehand but Ann was very reassuring - and was right! Which left us plenty of time to enjoy the delicious (and generously sized) breakfast before the 2 minute drive to the ferryport. We were even given little goody bags for the kids for the journey which I thought was a lovely touch! Next time we're in Rosslare we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We stayed with Ann at the beginning of the year for just one night. We received a very warm welcome and had a great stay in a very nice room. The breakfast was good and Ann informed us about the delay of our ferry, so that we did not have to rush. We are going to Ireland again for Easter and planned to stay again for one night with Ann. As she is fully booked she was so kind to ask around and found a room for us with another B&B! We find this exceptional!!!

Ann, who runs this B & B, has a lot of experience in hospitality and it shows. My travelling companion fell in a puddle just before she arrived at Cranny´s on a rainy February evening. Ann couldn´t have been more helpful, washing and drying her soaked and muddy clothes so that she could travel on in comfort the next morning - we were heading for the ferry. It is this personal attention that makes all the difference!
