My self I'm not new to staying hotels with my business meetings and busy schedules, or so I thought until I stayed at the Brandon House Hotel, in Wexford. The room is freshly renovated with all the bells and whistles, really had a comfortable sleep best in a long time. The service is top notch with smiles we can only imagine behind the masks. I'm a very fussy eater at times but one of the Bar Waitresses Franciska, who saw I could not make up my mind as everything looked brilliant on the menu and with a few recommendations from francisca I was not disappointed, only if every hotel had staff as helpful, it makes you feel free and relaxed on my visit, not to mention thanks you to francisca for the courtesy drink as I celebrated my birthday alone. I will definitely be back and relaxing very soon. Best Wishes to all. Dr.Marcus

Had Cavery Dinner here. I ordered chips and a chicken breast only. Chips were stone cold. I was charged €13.50 pure robbery. Then I got a portion of chips that evening for the kids and was charged €3.70. There was about 10 chips in the bowl as you can see in the picture. Then brought kids to pool after 5 mns my sons lips were blue it was that cold of a pool. Had breakfast the next morning and it was shocking to see the cook not a chef walk through the dining room with breakfast food inside a used ice cream tub topping up the breakfast. It was shocking too see. Pillows are like paper. There so thin. The bed is so uncomfortable. I found weed in the bin which was supposed to be deep cleaned. Only good thing about the hotel is the view from the front door. I will never return to this place again.

Back from a 2 night stay for NYE at the Brandon House and can say we all had a fantastic and relaxing time. Every member of staff we encountered was cheerful and very helpful. We enjoyed food in the bar and restaurant over the 2 days and it was all delicious and presented very well, I particular the NYE dinner. There are signs of some updating works in the corridors which will be nice once complete. The lobby fireplace and couches are very inviting and comfortable to relax around. Overall a wonderful stay and I would thoroughly recommend the Brandon House to others.

“The Brandon House Spa Hotel” we stayed in room 302 and it was right beside the fire doors (that are outdated must I add) “Fire Hazard in itself” These doors banged so hard anytime anyone walked through (roughly every 15 minutes or so and it shook our room all night (terrible sleep) Also our neighbour had the tv volume up very high all night and we did not get much sleep at all. When we checked in at 5.30pm and asked to book the spa (this is the main reason we booked this hotel for the spa and to relax) We we’re then told to ring at 10am the next morning which we did to then be told it’s BOOKED OUT! This is totally unfair and did not give us a fair chance to book / use the spa. The whole stay was now pointless for us as we wanted to relax and could not do so once!! When you book a SPA hotel you expect to use the SPA! Not in this case. When checking out I voiced my concerns with reception and although she was very nice she was not much help at all and did nothing to help the situation or to change our minds. We will not stay here ever again and inform all friends and family to AVOID! Very disappointed
