Spent two nights in Sligo, and Kieran and Mary could not have been more hospitable. Recommendations for dinner were wonderful; drive around the lake and Parke's Castle were superb; Kieran's advice about the little store across the street was wonderful (we found an electrical connection we needed there); Kieran helped us with a computer issue; Mary gave us excellent directions...

We spent one night at this B&B and it was great. The room and ensuite were quite large and spotlessly clean. The parking was off-road and behind the house. Breakfast was delicious. The owners. Mary and Kieran, were excellent hosts. Kieran recommended a number of restaurants for dinner and we ate at one of the pubs that he recommended and...

We spent three nights in this exceptional B&B. By far the nicest B&B we have ever stayed in. Better than any hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The breakfasts were AMAZING! Pancakes, french toast, fresh fruit, homemade brown bread, freshly ground coffee etc Absolutely spoilt for choice. Kieron and Mary were very welcoming and gave us some...

After driving all day it is great to be able to walk to tour a community and Pearse Lodge is just a short walk into the centre of town. In addition, their rooms are beautifully done with great attention to detail. I particularly enjoyed having a bedside reading light that was high enough and bright enough to actually read. In...

We have had the pleasure of staying at Pearse Lodge on several occasions over four years and remain convinced this is one of the best B&Bs to be found anywhere. Hospitality, quality of breakfast, standard of rooms all excellent. All those to whom we have recommended them have enjoyed their stays too.

I had the job of staying at this B and B in early August 2014. Outstanding double room with a sofa and espresso machine! The owners are warm, welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. Breakfast was a gourmet meal as everything is home made and you have choices as to what you can have. Pancakes are home made and...

We had travelled for many hours that day and we were quite disappointed that our room was at the front of the house on a busy main road. I had booked several months in advance so was thinking we would have been given a better, quiter room. It was a hot night so we had to open the window for...

Mary & Kieron are wonderful hosts and this conveniently situated (a quick drive or 10 minute walk to the city center) B&B is a wonderful place to stay during a visit to Sligo. We stayed in the Beech room which had a queen bed and a comfortable little sitting area on a slightly raised platform. The light filled common area/...
