We got a standard double room and straight away noticed that the toilet brush was broke, the shower door was not secure leading the water to flow out, the bins weren't emptied in the room upon arrival, the fan and door was broken in the bathroom and the carpet was grubby in the room. Pints obviously not poured often in the bar resulting in them tasting awful. During breakfast, one of the breakfast staff behind the hot bar was very rude to me today. I didn't want a whole plate of breakfast just some eggs and tomato, when I asked could I get a little more egg she shouted over the bar at me and pointed at my plate and said "you already have egg". I honestly was thrown and didn't want to stoop to her level in response so I just took the plate and sat down. My partner then saw a resident who was also having breakfast get a pint of Mí-Wadi orange so he asked one of the waiters for one also. The waiter brought over the pint of Mi-Wadi and said to my partner "I'm not meant to be doing this" again we didn't stoop to the level as a response but we were both baffled as to why asking for a glass of diluted orange was such an issue. Overall I wouldn't be staying there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

We had a really super break at this hotel, the location is second to none. There was a mixup at check in as we had upgraded to a room with balcony which wasn’t available when we arrived however we were given a room with small balcony which was perfectly acceptable. Air con was very welcome in the room as it was very hot when we were there, Lovely food in the restaurant and the staff are all very well trained and lovely to deal with. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 2 nights we had a 3 course meal included in our stay!! Everything from food to service was amazing the staff where so helpful when asked anything! We had lunch on 2 different days and both days the food was amazing! The drinks weren’t overpriced either! We enjoyed having a few drinks by the river out the front of the hotel! The hotel room is exactly as expected outstanding! €4 charge for the car park but to know your car is safe this is not a problem! Cannot thank staff enough! We will definitely be back!
