Booked a room in the Clarion Sligo for as little as €55 for one night (Friday). The Hotel on arrival is noticeably large with a sizeable carpark to the front. Whilst checking in I found the receptionist efficient and really friendly (tbh all the hotel staff I encountered were efficient and friendly). My room was basically a suite with a...

We arrived at 2pm and as our room was not yet ready we went to the bar for a drink. The hotel bar was a terrible experience. The bar had almost no furniture in it. It was a long empty space. There wasn't a single high stool along the bar, not one. And as for little tables and chairs -...

Very pleased with our stay . My husband and I stayed here this week . Very pleasant and helpful front desk staff . The room was big and beautifully warm as it was freezing outside . Loads of boiling hot water for baths and showers . Even though the hotel was busy we had a lovely quiet room ,a good...

I regularly meet up with old collage friends and their kids for some food and a catch up. In the past we have gone to different hotels and restaurants locally but it can be quite difficult getting a restaurant that wants kids. I booked Kudos in the Clarion, Sligo and I have to say the whole experience from start to...

Dear Amberbradford, I am slightly confused as to whether or not you definitely stayed with us last new years as we did not have a new years ball. We did however have 2 D.J's, one in the church with 1 in the lobby plus a one man band playing in the bar. I agree that karaoke is always very good...

The hotel from the outside looked fab but was a bit disappointed going through the inside of the hotel. the room was massive like an apartment with kitchenette and a living room. its very different from other Clarion hotels I have to say in terms of style and design, I guess what am trying to say is that the hotel...

Dear Gladys, Thanks for your kind review of our premises, we are certainly a unique property in relation to most other established hotels. Given that this is a listed building there is a great history on our site and our style and design is something that cannot be changed. However you will be glad to know that we are under...

Fine Hotel with lots of facilities. I found the staff were all friendly and professional. Two nice restaurants and a nice bar. Lovely pool and we'll equipped gym and kids club. The hotel is a little of of town but that wasn't a problem for us. If in Sligo again I'd stay here.

We booked a family suite and much to our amazement we got a lovely big room with kitchenette. All clean and loads of space for our kids to run about. We ate in the Kudos Bar. Jenny waited on our tables, she was absolutely fantastic. Very tentative to our children and nothing was a problem. Very honest when one of...
