Situated just behind the sand dunes so ideal for the beach and the town. A little walk along to get to the surfing area. Nice site with all facilities. Free wifi at reception. Laundry. Toilets/showers with special tag so keeps it for camp site users only.

Stayed 8 nights August 2015 with our teenage boys. Facilities excellent - clean and well maintained with friendly helpful staff. Short walk to great ice cream parlour and pub doing great pizzas. Other family members joined in a nearby tent and we had cousins from Isle of Man and New York enjoying the location. Boys have this site on the... More

Fantastic Campsite. Large volume of pitches for motorhomes, caravans and tents. Located about a 1 minute walk from the beach and around 2 minutes from the pubs and restaurants in Strandhill itself. Great location for a weekend stay in Strandhill or as a base to travel further a field in Co.Sligo if staying longer. Motorhome pitches all have electric hook... More

This campsite is very clean and quiet. It allows dogs but I had no problem with them. Stayed in a tent. Weather was fantastic but the ground is grassy dunes so would drain well in rain. Toilets and other facilities are clean and there is night security. Lots of nice walks nearby. Right on the coast of Strandhill Beach. DON'T... More

Amazing camp spot. Great services and staff! Beside lovely bars, restaurants on the coast. His is one of our favourite camping spots on the west coast of Ireland or Ireland as a whole. We love going and staying at Strandhill campsite. Awesome place 💚💚🍀🍀☀️☀️ See you soon!! 👍 I'll add fresh pics next time we visit...

This was our first outing in our caravan and we absolutely loved it! We were located in a spot overlooking the sea! Bliss! The facilities were great! Showers were clean and had plenty of hot water! Only a short walk to the bar which served gorgeous sea food! We will definitely be back!

Please can someone turn down the noise of the waves lol. Bit like being in the country side and asking the cows not to moo. Constant waves rolling in next to good places to eat simply beautiful. Friendly staff very helpful. We would certainly come back if we were on this coast again. As I look out of our motor... More

We are first timers with a caravan and strandhill caravan park did not disappoint. Excellent location, facilities, each pitch had a gravel base, its own water supply and electricity point. peace and quiet, beside the beach, lovely walks and very near the seaweeds baths at Voya, well worth a visit and we will definitely be back.

Superb base for camping in strand hill area. Great value. Hot clean showers. Great locals. Will be back. Local pubs are great craic and surfing schools are great fun. All round great place and can highly recommend it as a family destination even with younger kids as the onside play ground and zip line are great.

Went camping, campsite farthest point away from toilet block, have to walk through caravan park to reach them, not good when you have small children, wi-fi only available in reception building, ladies toilets not very clean, gents toilets would not open with fob at night.

Thank Mike B
