Arrived at Boffin lodge late Sunday afternoon and was greeted by Ed who brought us to our room promptly... Room was spacious.. Huge bed.. Clean and fresh towels and cups everyday when we returned.. Ed gave us plenty of information about the area was polite as were all the staff... The breakfast was well what can you say.. Bountiful!.. Freshly made and plenty of everything.... French toast was my favourite but the famous Kelly's black pudding a sight to behold 😂... My one little and l cannot express how tiny was parking and that was it... Well located and friendly and excellent value.. You will not be disappointed.. Kudos to all!

The walls are so thin that it is clearly heard when other guests leave their rooms, walk up and down the stairs and leave the Lodge. The taps in the bathroom were clanging and banging as soon as they were turned on. We could hear other guests having the same issue with their tap at 4am!! The water pressure in the shower was terrible to a point no water came out at all. I assume this was when other guests were using their showers as sometimes the pressure was fine. The breakfast was ok..I ordered scrambled eggs with salmon and my friend orders plain scrambled eggs. Unfortunately there was small bits of salmon in her eggs which makes me question the cleanliness of their kitchen pans.
