I stayed for a night with my sister with special needs - the guy on the desk with a beard was sooo nice - gave us a late checkout & was so nice to my sister - had a lovely stay - will definitely be back
A perfect spot in a lovely location beneath the Croagh Patrick and beside the Quay.We stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel. We had a lovely warm welcome from the hotel receptionist who had a lovely sense of humour. Although we didn’t need it, there was a little check in area for children, decorated with toys. The room was spacious and it had everything we needed. A sea view is a must. The staff were all extremely pleasant and I felt they couldn’t do enough and many went a step further to help. A big shout out to the breakfast team, it was busy but they were just wonderful. The swimming pool had times specifically for families, so there were times when I had almost had the pool to myself. A sea view is a must but it can also get quite noisy at the front especially with delivery lorries but this didn’t spoil the overall stay in anyway at all.…
We have just returned from a weekend in Westport and couldn't recommend The Westport Coast Hotel enough. We had 22 people in our group and there was something for everyone. From Check-in to Check-out which was seamless and the staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel in itself was charming and cosy with a fantastic view of the bay. The rooms were bright, airy and spacious with all modern fittings. The bar was a nice relaxed atmosphere and the food was delicious. We also dined in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner, the service was prompt and the staff were so friendly. The dinner was fantastic, not one person complained or had an issue, it was accommodating for all dietary concerns, the portion sizes were good and there was more then enough veg , chips & mash. Its not very often that a group that size all come away happy but there were no complaints - only complements for the hotel and the value of our stay.…
This was our first time to stay at the Westport Coast Hotel. We were excited to find we were booked into a harbour view room at front of hotel with fabulous views. Our room was modern spotless and decor lovely. I had booked a signature spa treatment and it was so relaxing.A big thank you to my spa therapist sorry I can't remember your name...I had my treatment on Wednesday morning 27th July 11am...I found the girl on spa reception and my therapist professional and helpful. The spa facilities were spotless. We ate in the restaurant one night ,again everything was lovely and staff fantastic. Breakfast both mornings although busy was very good too. We will definitely be returning to this hotel as it was so convenient to Westport Town.We walked everywhere didn't need to use the car!! Highly recommend 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟…
We had an absoloutly lovely stay here this weekend the Hotel is beautiful and spotless in all aspects and staff were nice. Its an ideal location especially for families and I will definitely be back. April
We have been going to Westport for years and this hotels bar always pleases everyone's tastes. The kids menu has the BEST selection and yummy deserts. It was the nicest meal I ate during our holiday. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond, its spacious and there is seating outside if preferred. Other restaurants/bars get great reviews but for me The Coast bar wins hands down. Another point to note is that its great value for money. We had dinner out every evening and this bill came out to be cheapest but still our favourite. I never review anything but im so impressed with the great service and they deserve the praise. Well done for keeping prices down, standards high and families happy. Looking forward to seeing you next summer 💖
This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in ever and we are already making plans to come back again!t is in a beautiful location on the Harbour where there are lots of outside dining area's and little shops. It's not hugely busy like Westport town is,but it still has a lovely buzz and atmosphere. There is a beautiful walkway through the grounds of Westport House that takes you into Westport Town in about 20 mins. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely room overlooking the harbour, with a mini fridge and a walk in shower. The bed was very comfy too. Breakfast was great with lots of choice at the buffet as well as lots of options for cooked breakfast too. The food in the bar was also nice. We climbed Croagh Patrick in the blistering heat and we really enjoyed putting on our robes when we got back and enjoying the pool, jacuzzi and thermal suite to ease the muscles. t was bliss. Every single staff member we met greeted us with a smile and were so helpful and nice. We definitely can't say that about any other hotel where as you know there is always one or two (You know what I mean) Book it, you will not be disappointed.…
We stayed in the Asgard Apartments located next to the hotel. Apartment was clean, comfortable with well equipped kitchen. We had use of the hotel swimming pool and thermal suite. The staff are fantastic - friendly and helpful! A special mention to Shane who was great in helping with our booking after we had an issue with accommodation elsewhere. We will be back to Westport and this is definitely where we will stay!
The hotel, the room, the spa and location were all wonderful. One down side was the loud music from The Towers Bar nearby. Apart from that I would highly recommend. We had a treatment in the spa and used the pool which was lovely. All staff were helpful and friendly.
I attended with my 10 year old niece for 1 night as we were having a day out at Westport house adventure park. The stay from start to finish was very pleasent. Staff all lovely, food was beautiful and hotel rooms and lobby just so relaxing and comfortable. The pool was also lovely and relaxing.. cant wait to return. Walking distance to Westport house and adventure park.
