The Retreat Centre is a lovingly converted old woolen mill on three levels, with bedrooms all upstairs. The first floor bedrooms are all en-suite, the top floor bedrooms have shared facilities. The Centre is in a rural hill-side setting just three miles from the heritage town of Westport and beside Croagh Patrick, Ireland's holy mountain. The property has views over all Clew Bay.

I had a fantastic stay in Cloona and I couldn't recommend it highly enough to anyone who needs to rest and re-boot! Dharra and his team provide excellent care and attention without being intrusive. I cannot recommend Cloona enough. Thank you so much to Dhara, Rose, Isabella, Catriona and all the team. I was so wrecked when I landed and felt energised and ready to face the world again on Friday when leaving. I met kind and interesting fellow de-toxers and hopefully some of us will stay in touch. There was a perfect balance between yoga, walking and rest. The food was delicious and nourishing. The place was spotless. What more can I say...treat yourself and make the trip. Another wonderful stay at Cloona. It is truly balm for the soul. Dhara and his team are so very welcoming, the atmosphere is very relaxed and the yoga every morning is a great start to the day. I will be back.

just a wonderful experiance so lovely to take the walks everyday, move and breath. Getting you back in touch with nature and yourself, i met great people too who I have remained in contact to meet up for walks.Dhara and everyone where so lovely i would highly reccommend it.

Spiritual, Mind and Body healing. I'm just back from a week in Cloona. This retreat went above and beyond my expectations and really has to be experienced as no words can describe the recharge, renewal and detox I left with on Friday. Darragh and his team are exceptional from the daily classes to the food and to the wellness knowledge they have. It is no wonder that nearly everyone there was a repeat customer. I will be back.

My week at Cloona was a BEAUTIFUL Experience. Every single part of this retreat is met with love and care. I was on the green program, so I had lots of fresh green juice and the most delicious soups and salads for lunch. The days are planned out so well, they feel very full but never busy, there is also a lot of time to rest, they have the balance of activity and rest perfect. The environment is so loving and gentle. I left this retreat with a new energy. I’m very grateful for the time I got to spend at Cloona.

I just returned from beautiful Cloona, a truly magical setting for a break from life. No matter the reason for your visit, Cloona will not disappoint. This recent visit was a 4 day retreat with yoga, walks and healthy eating. A number of additional treatments are available and I highly recommend a massage and Thibetan Therapy! The accommodation is very comfortable but the beds are an absolute dream. Thanks to Dhara, Rose, Isabelle, Patricia, Dearbhla and the team at Cloona. I look forward to coming for visit no. 3.

Another amazing few days at cloona. It says something that 11 of 14 guests were all returning. Arrived exhausted and stressed and left feeling a hundred times better - full of energy and positivity after 4 days of beautiful walks, yoga and wholesome food. Dhara, Rose and their team work very hard and Cloona is a very special place. I know I will be back many times in the future.

My second visit to Cloona far exceeded my expectations. I have returned home re-energised, with greater mental clarity and healthier in mind and body. Losing four and a half pounds is an added bonus! The diet, exercise programme and treatments are restorative and spending time with a wonderful group of like-minded people enhances the whole experience . What is most striking about Cloona is the quality of care from a staff, whose combined talents and expertise in their respective fields create a physical, emotional and social environment which nourishes the mind, body and soul. I can't recommend the Cloona programme highly enough!
