You will be pleased with the hospitality, cleanliness and location of David's house. It is very well appointed and located. Breakfast is tasty and good value and parking is safe and conveniently located next to the property. The nicest aspect of staying at Quay West is the kindliness and warmth that you are received with. I would definitely stay again,...

This place is awesome. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was big and tasty. The host was very nice giving us great directions over the phone how to get there, Also giving us great recommendations on great restaurants on the waterfront. It is a close walk into town to hear the great Irish Music at night. Just an...

I booked this place rather last minute and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was and how friendly the staff were. They were also very considerate of the cost seeing that I booked through Expedia and included breakfast for me (without me asking) and gave me a good rate citing ".. one pays enough on holidays..". It's a...

This is an absolutely spotless b&b. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast is very tasty. Fresh towels everyday. Great location too, very quiet at night and also very safe. Just 2 minute drive from town. The success of this b&b is due to the owners hard work everyday. Just be careful on the tripadvisor booking, I booked a...

Stayed here with my parents over the August Bank Holiday weekend. We were cycling the Green Way from Achill to Newport and back. David kindly took our bags in the night before our visit and had them in our room when we arrived after our cycle from Achill the next day. David was extremely welcoming. The B&B is kept in...

This is an excellent guesthouse. David is a great host and is very welcoming. He fed us at 5.30 the morning of the event, with a smile. Went that extra yard to make my stay better. Absolutely spotless room and will be back. Highly recommended.

Westport is such a lovely town and Quay West B&B is great place to stay. Our room was spotlessly clean and very quiet despite facing a main road (excellent double glazing). David was warm, friendly and so helpful. Breakfast was really good. I must mention the gorgeous bouquet of lilies in the entrance hall and the garden was lovely -...
