We made two visits to the caravan park. No facalaties open but it did not interfere with the pleasure of the trips. We were advised when booking that the tiolet and shower blocks were colsed due to the covid regulations and given a discount for the inconvience. Super stay nice and peaceful each time. right in the hearth of the town with so much to do. Our Daughter and her crew joined us in their caravan for the second trip while our other daughter took one of the appartments. it made for a super family holiday we will all go again,

We stayed in the self-catering houses at the beginning of August. We were a large family group celebrating a family occasion together. In all we were a group of 20 people ranging in ages from the old to the very young and there was a worry that not all age groups could be entertained and occupied at all times. There were not enough hours in the day to avail of all the activities between cycling the Greenway which ran through the village, long/short walks on the lake shore, playground for the little ones and exercise machines on the hillside for the teenagers, Kayaking lessons for all ages, long afternoons on the beach, strolling around the beautiiful town of Westport, simply enjoying the surrounds of the village, playing football, bowls, hide and seek, relaxing with a glass of wine and a good book. Now we can move to the houses themselves. Very often places are sold with hugely enhanced photos that disappoint a little when we see the real thing. But not Lough Lannnagh Village!!! It far exceeded my expectations. Houses were spotless and very cosy. Bedrooms were huge with a very roomy ensuite. They were bright and airy and the beds were very comfortable. As our crowd was so big I thought we would have difficulty catering for everyone in the one house for evening dinner and for socialising afterwards but that was not the case. We had some memorable times there, tired after long days' activities and relaxed into the small hours. All this was made possible by Paul and his staff. They had the perfect balance of not being obviously present but appeared at the drop of a hat when needed, surely the mark of a professionally run place. All of this happened with such ease and warmth. Top marks, Paul!!1 It was the best time we ever had together and the best place that we ever stayed, the stuff that warm memories are made of.

Third time staying at this lovely place, newly refurbished rooms with sanitizing stations plentiful all around.Paul and his staff are a joy to deal with and nothing is a problem when it comes to helping with information or just the use of tennis rackets etc..set on the lovely lough a joy for a leisurely stroll and only 10 mins to main town.Stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfast is highly recommended and plentiful. Cant recommend this enough and will definitely be back hopefully for a longer stay this time.(stayed 3 nights)Fab holiday thanks to all..............

It's not often you find somewhere so comfortable to stay, with warm and welcoming staff who will go above and beyond to help with any request you might have. Lovely rooms, comfortable beds, incredible food (and so much of it!), non-stop tea and coffee...and a wonderful setting, even in the midst of a storm! Thank you so much, Paul, Geraldine, Ronan, and Olivia!!
