Stayed here on Saturday night 18th August with my wife and was very satisfied with the comfort lovely clean area all-round , breakfast was top class, will be back again soon I would recommend Kenny's to anyone as when we arrived on Saturday evening there was no parking outside but the Lady of the house moved a few cars in her yard and found a space for us.

Great location, lovely rooms and a really nice welcome with a good breakfast. What more could you ask for! The rooms were spacious and clean and nice decor. This is a place that feels warm and comfortable and welcoming.

Stayed here with a colleague for a night on a business trip. Found it very easily, and there was parking out the back. Checked in fine and got a key so that we could come and go as we liked. We didn't find it very homely or welcoming but it was only for one night so we made do. Our room was quite large, and the decor was modern enough and in fairly good taste. The room was freezing and we were cold all night, and the beds were quite hard and not enough warmth in the duvets that were provided for the temperature of the room. We slept fairly well as it was quiet, and went for breakfast at the time we had been told. The lady who served us was a very good host and made sure we had everything we need, and the breakfast itself was good.
We then returned to our room, and as check out was not until later, and we had a very long afternoon and night of work ahead of us again as well as a drive back to Dublin we decided to take a nap/rest until we needed to leave. Unfortunately that was not possible as several times the cleaner knocked on our door asking were we leaving yet, very rudely, and each time we told her no we would be leaving when we had to check out. Then when check out time was approaching we were packing up our things to be ready to leave, and the owner of the b&b came around and looked in our bedroom window to see if we were leaving. Thank god both of us were dressed. We were completely shocked and so angry that they would try kick us out so rudely when we had already paid and been told we could stay until check out. I will never never be back to that b&b again, and I would watch out for the peeping Tom, keep your curtains closed is my advice.

I stayed 2 nights on a business trip. The guesthouse is very central within walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants, yet at night it is very quiet. The owners are helpful and friendly, the private parking spaces are a great bonus and it is really value for money. Highly recommended.

Very clean, warm, cosy and comfortable, fantastic breakfast and most friendly and helpful hosts. This is fantastic value and there is an exceptionally high standard of service. Well done. I will definitely stay here again when in Castlebar. Very close to lots of local restaurants and bars. Private secure car parking also. It was also very quiet and you can get a good night's sleep. Tea and biscuits provided in rooms also.

We were very pleased with our stay at Kenny's Guest House while in Castlebar to visit our son who is in school there. The rooms are comfortable and spotless and we loved having the ability to make tea in our room. We enjoyed the cozy sitting area where you also had everything available to make tea or coffee while you relaxed-my husband called this guest lounge an unexpected great benefit of staying at Kenny's. Susanna and Raymond are very friendly and helpful with recommendations on things to do in town or driving directions. There's a car park right behind the guest house which was very convenient especially since you didn't need your vehicle while doing things in town because of Kenny's central location. Breakfast was delicious in their comfortable dining room-we recommend the full Irish breakfast. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer at Kenny's Guest House!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely guesthouse. Rooms were large, beds were very comfortable, excellent free wifi. The location was perfect for us, and we were lucky enough to nab a parking space on the property. The hosts were friendly and helpful - they pointed us in the direction of a great restaurant around the corner - and cooked us a great breakfast. My only minor misgiving was that the lighting in the room was quite dark - but this is really minor! Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in hotels nationwide from Donegal to cork, I have to say was very impressed with the room right to the breakfast. Gets 5 stars from me. Would have no problems in passing details forward, well done.
