Detailed Reviews
We had a ground floor room for three people, beds a bit springy and room a trifle small, but TV, tea/coffee facility and acceptable bathroom. Excellent full Irish breakfast and plenty of coffee to see one through the day, and the hostess is friendly and helpful.

Stayed in the Drogheda Town house B&B yesterday 27-28/8/2014 this property is very conveniently located it consist of just three bedrooms .I was in room three a double which was nicely decorated throughout with a mixture of old and new also this room has ensuit facility’s with shower and nice old iron bath. The bed was very very comfortable!. Only slight little problem was the floor boards it did not affect me but as I was working into the early hours I was afraid I would wake somebody maybe an extra carpet is in order. I really enjoyed my stay at the town house. Ann provides a lovely breakfast and I must complement her on this.. Also if I may add the garden of the property is lovely very deceiving from the font of the house but very big and well maintained The price was spot on at 45 euros. I would certainly recommend this property if you are planing a stay in Drogheda.

We stayed in Townhouse just for one night but it was really lovely. Although the b&b is by quite a busy street we got a quiet and cosy room beautifully decorated and furnished. The host was really nice and made us feel really welcome. Plus, the breakfast was very tasty and served in a homey atmosphere giving us the chance to sit and talk to other guest. We loved it.

I booked from Australia on 29 August for 24 October. When we arrived at 4.00pm there was no answer. Parked in the driveway and walked downtown and returned at 5.30, still no answer although there were 2 work vans parked outside. After much ringing and knocking on the door one of the workman advised that they didn't know where the owner was and gave me her card. I tried to ring to no avail and it was clear that the booking of the workmen took precedence over my booking. I believe she could have sent an email and I could have looked elsewhere. Fortunately we found a nice hotel out of town at a better rate.
I sent an email advising of my disgust at her lack of business etiquette and have not received a reply
Of 32 B & B's booked this was the only poor experience we had

This property is very well located in the town and my well appointed room was nonetheless quiet with a nice garden outlook. The decor has character plus all mod cons, and rooms are spacious. Hostess Ann is very welcoming and efficient, went to personal trouble to reunite me with property I left behind!

We booked a night away over Christmas. We were greeted by the lovely Ann. Such a nice lady made us feel welcome from start to finish. Our room was exactly what we were looking for clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was excellent with ample toast and tea. Ann joined us for a coffee after breakfast made us feel right at home. We will definitely return.

Spent 1 night here. Walk into town is about 5 mins. Room was nicely decorated, clean and well equipped. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast and friendly reception. There was no problem parking on the road outside. Would definitely recommend.

Really friendly staff who made us feel welcome. A reasonably comfortable room, although with some confusion over the second bed. Excellent breakfast. Just a short walk into the town centre, although a little hilly. The car parking was a little tight and required some cooperation from other guests.
