Not a great welcome when we arrived. No key so you’ve to ring the bell to get in. No breakfast so literally just the bed. On the good side our room was clean and beds were comfy. Wouldn’t stay again though

Warning to anyone!!! Do not stay here, absolutely terrible service and host. This is not a BnB it's in a apartment, room had no mirror or TV. Parking is limited. They lock the door up at midnight and you don't get givin a key... Absolutely crazy like! So unwelcoming never ever again!

Firstly it was difficult to find because it is a cardboard sign stuck on the wall. The area outside is strewn with rubbish and there was a fire on the roadway in recent times. The entrance hall is dirty, carpets stained grubby walls...but that is actually the best of the house. There was a strong smell of urine in the bedroom that we were supposed to stay in. There was no toilet paper the towels were dodgy, let's say I wouldn't use them to dry myself. There was a cushion on the bed which had a very suspicious stain on it. Our 10 year old was staying with us. Both my husband and I agreed that we wouldn't feel clean or even safe staying here. Frankly it was like a getto. This is not a bed and breakfast this is someone chancing their arm trying to get a bit of money renting out a room in their house, and not a clean house. When we came back down immediately and told the lady we could not stay there as it was filthy she said she would clean it better if we came back later. Needless to say we declined. My main regret is that we wanted go get out so fast that we didn't take photos !

This B&B is hardly a B&B. This being said I only got as far as the hallway myself as we had booked our room on software that they claimed they didnt operate from. So in the end they had double booked our room, which I cant see as being anyone's fault but their own. The woman acting as the receptionist was very very strange and could very possible have been on drugs when we arrived because she was reading the bookings diary upside down and avoided eye contact with me, preferring to look over my shoulder or at the floor. She had a poor grasp of English and wasnt able to remedy our situation or relay what the issue was to her superior. As far as the location of this B&B, it is being run out of a very dodgy looking neighbourhood of apartments with some suspicious characters walking around. I cant imagine you resting easy or feeling confident that you'll come home to a room that hasnt been broken in to and robbed. In conclusion, do not waste your time booking this as you will be disappointed.

We booked in here for two nights in September. The house is filthy. The hosts are beyond rude. this is two people chancing their arm. House smelled, carpets filthy, walls scuffed and marked. The bedroom is so basic with no curtains and a broken blind. There is a shared bathroom which too is filthy. I refused to stay in such filth. Hosts wouldn't refund the money. They won't give you a key to the front door. Avoid at all costs. You would be better sleeping in your car

This is not a B&B. You are literally staying in someone's small house & made feel totally unwelcome. The hosts were rude, noisy & unprofessional. There's no breakfast & to be honest we wouldn't have eaten there. There was a baby crying & someone hoovering right outside our bedroom door from early morning. There's very limited parking there. You don't get a key to get back in to the house when going out at night, just a phone number to ring. Very unusual set up. We won't be returning!!

The rooms are clean enough and the neighbourhood is safe. That may be the only "good" about this B&B. The problem is that the hosts do not seem they are ready for business. This B&B is actually a small town house where the hosts reside. The rooms are furnished with an Ikea bed only, but nothing else (even though there's space for a small table and chair). Bath room is shared, and it is just so basic and cramped. Even though the website did not mention breakfast would be included or not, but we'd assumed B&B will always include both Bed and Breakfast!? The worst part was that you would not feel welcome by the hosts, they did not seem to be interested in helping their guests. Asked about any restaurants for dinner? Nothing they would suggest. Hair dryer to use? No. Key to the main entrance? No (just to ring the door bell). Hot water for tea? No. Breakfast? No. It is the worst B&B we have ever patronized.

I booked this "B&B" very last minute as it was the only reasonably priced room that was available for three people on New Years Eve; my partner and I and young son. The B&B itself was very easy to find, and had a parking at the back however the room was absolutely appalling. I booked a triple room. The room itself was tiny. It consisted of a double bed, a "single" bed, a bedside table with drawers,a large wardrobe and a random glass vase sitting on the floor in the corner. The double bed was fine- mismatched bed sheets but that didn't bother me. The single bed however, was 2 mattresses on top of one another. The room had no mirror, no extra blankets/sheets and no bedside lamp. My son went to bed early as he's only young so we needed a lamp to obviously see each other and bring in the New Year together instead we lay in darkness. I did ask for a light but they didn't have one. The carpet was absolutely filthy, it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. There was no talk of breakfast either when we checked in. The bathroom was just OK. When we left in the morning, the host asked if we would like tea or coffee but to be honest, I was so cross with the room we left and got breakfast at a nearby restaurant. The only perks of this terrible B&B was the Wi-Fi was decent (which I had to ask for).
