The Absolute Hotel garners high praise for its attentive service and modern atmosphere, though events may sometimes lead to a bustling vibe. While the hotel's cleanliness and central location near city attractions are repeatedly lauded by guests, opinions on value are divided due to parking fees and varying amenities. Accommodations are generally celebrated for their spaciousness and river views, yet some guests have pointed out maintenance issues. Despite this, the hotel's amenities, particularly its comfortable beds and convenient parking, are popular highlights.

Stopped a couple of nights here in September and just about to check out. Nice welcome when I arrived and room is very clean and very nice.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Free secure car parking was a bonus when hotel is quite close to city centre.

Restaraunt was the best part for me. I wouldn’t usually eat in the hotel restaurant but usually go out looking for somewhere to eat. Gent on the evening was super friendly and efficient but biggest shout out goes to Lynda who served me breakfast, she was lovely and always had a welcoming smile.

All in all, I enjoyed my stay and will return next time in in the area

10/10 all-rounder, fabulous hotel.

Extremely spacious, modern bedroom overlooking the river with all modern amenities, including a Nespresso machine, rainfall shower in the bathroom and an ice/water machine in the hallway.
The car park attached to the hotel was free of charge and secured by a gated entrance which was operated by the reception desk.
The food (breakfast and evening menu) prepared by Dermot, the Head Chef, and his kitchen team, was absolutely exceptional and deserves a 5* rating for the menu choices, food quality and value for money.
The staff were so pleasant and friendly - particularly the receptionist Jacob, barman Colm and waitress Linda.

Will definitely be back!

Stayed here for the third time last night.. as before it was an excellent experience .. post lockdown measures were above and beyond.. we felt so comfortable in the presentation of the room the facilities and the restaurant , price was so reasonable including breakfast and three course dinner, all items in the room were disposable and individually wrapped, the remote was in a freshly sanitized pouch ( impressive) The staff were so friendly throughout the hotel and their attention to detail in cleaning after each guest was outstanding.
Food was excellent ,decor is gorgeous .. walking distance to town ...ideally located.
My husband ordered his breakfast and because the fried egg had split on the plate, the waitress brought an additional egg of her own accord ..this wasn’t at all expected but we could not believe the attention to detail that this hotel holds, this was just an example of the detail delivered in general ..
Their website is excellent and easy to navigate including 3D floor plans of all areas.
Absolutely will continue to return regularly.. it deserves 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel will remain to be my favorite hotel in Ireland and I will use any excuse to stay here. Just back from two days here and it was absolutely amazing as always from start to finish. Firstly thank you to Calvin in reservations who helped me organise our two night package with breakfast and dinner, he was so helpful in putting our package together. Arrived late afternoon and we were lucky to get parking in the hotel car park which is so handy with direct access in to the hotel lobby area. We were checked in by Chelsea on the Front desk who was so efficient in explaining how the hotel is operating under new restrictions. She also organised for us to get booked in for dinner and breakfast. We had dinner in the restaurant on both evenings. The menu is lovely and exactly the perfect balance of Burgers/Steaks and Fish/chicken dishes. They have an option for everyone on the menu. The portions are amazing, would highly recommend the Caesar salad and the Butter milk chicken burger. We were served by Lynda on both evenings- she is just amazing at her job, so friendly and efficient and made sure our orders were right and we were not stuck for a drink during our meal. She even helped us figure out some things to do during our stay in limerick and has the perfect personality for hospitality and making guests feel welcome. The manager Paula (I hope that's right) was also so friendly and runs a good show in the restaurant. Luke from the bar also looked after us during our stay and was very helpful. The hotel is so central and close walk to shopping and all amenities. The bedrooms in the hotel are also the best I have seen in any Irish hotel visited, they are modern with a king size bed in all rooms. The room was spotless and you receive a box with all essentials for your stay and are guaranteed no one will be entering your room during your stay. They have really went above and beyond with safety of their guests and the hard work is evident. They advise guests to only use Card in the hotel which works well also but you cannot tip by card so advise to have some cash available. Will be back again in November for our annual Christmas Shopping trip to Limerick and looking forward to it already.

Stayed just one night but will definitely be back, this is a great hotel, very modern, very friendly staff everywhere. Food is amazing, breakfast was delicious, cooked and brought to table. Covid restrictions did not in anyway detract from our stay, in fact I was very impressed with all of the implementations this hotel have gone to in order to keep guests safe. Sanitisers in lift, on every floor, bathroom spotless, bedrooms are big with really comfy beds, big flat screen TV, river view. A box in room with toiletries and coffee tea ect all individually packed. I can't wait to return. Parking was simple and secure. Reception staff are to be commended for efficiency and friendliness.

I feel like the sanitisation is done particularly well here, liked the hand gel in the lifts. Really friendly and helpful staff from arrival. Got room service with fab cocktails and food and it was served in cool take away boxes and with eco friendly cutlery which I was really impressed by. Rooms were a lovely size with the lovely living area with tv and of the comfiest beds I've slept in too. Breakfast is done so well with drinks in little glass bottles and I love how they bring out tea and toast first. The hot food menu was perfect and the staff were very helpful with vegan options. Thanks for a lovely stay!

I stayed in the Absolute Hotel for one night recently. The Staff were all Excellent.

Unfortunately the Bedroom are tired, the carpets are Worn and Stained the furniture all needs upgrading.

Breakfast was also very Average. The full Irish, had a hot plate but the sausage had been cooked for some time and reheated and I got two half cold hard fried eggs. This was disappointing.

However on a positive note, the Hotel has an Excellent Covid-19 Policy and when you enter your bedroom they have a sealed box and it contained everything you need. This was first class and they also provided two bottles of water. Everything was done in this regard to the highest standard.

Im really happy to see the excellent staff comment but disappointed on the upgrade comments!. we work really hard to replace anything that needs replacing. We have spare carpet ready to go and cycle through rooms to replace as necessary. I'd be very grateful for any specific comments on the furniture and the "all needs upgrading " need a bit of context. Understanding items get older but its tough when told that everything needs to be changed?. We never hold eggs so also trying to figure out how the eggs were cold and hard unless they were sitting at the pass from the kitchen before delivered. They are all cooked fresh to order. Sausage are also finished off to order. Regards Donnacha Hurley General Manager

Myself & my friend stayed overnight In the hotel last Saturday for a girls night away!
From the moment we arrived in reception to when we checked out the next morning we felt so welcome, the staff were so friendly and the service was superb.
The room was so spacious and modern with all the facilities you require and more!
We had dinner that evening and breakfast in the morning, both meals were beautiful, really impressed with breakfast as there was buffet options aswell as a hot option menu and everything was individually wrapped so keeping within the Covid guidelines which were adhered to throughout the hotel.
The Absolute Hotel is without a doubt my favourite hotel for a girls night away and in such great location with the city centre only 5 mins walk..
We will be back again soon!

What a fabulous find, was delighted to stay at the Absolute Hotel, Limerick, only sad to have to leave it.
My room was amazing, the view amazing, the bed so comfy, the quality of the furniture so good, also had a nespresso machine and Air Conditioning.
The breakfast was so fresh, and great selection, I have dietary issues and that was not an issue, they were able to serve up breakfast to suit.
The staff are so friendly and helpful, great to chat with.
