I really enjoy the moment I had in the hotel. The food was great and service very good. The staff was so Kind and lovely, always there for you, they Could give us advices with what to eat and drink. It was a great night in a very beautiful hotel with very polite staff.
Super hotel for a hen or stag party weekend. Not only is it really affordable but the food was really good. The bride got a beautiful room overlooking the river with a little surprise waiting for her. Thanks so much Jospehine for making my sisters stay so special.
For a Stag Party this hotel was perfect. The staff were very nice and the food was excellent. The central location in Limerick City was very convenient. Camilla was very efficient to deal with when organizing the accommodation
Overall good value. Friendly, helpful staff. Good pool and leisure facilities. Food was really good on day 1 and ok on day 2 but only 1 veggie choice. Not a bad location but a 10 min walk into the centre which we didn’t mind. Room was clean and the view over the river from the 9th floor was fantastic.
Stayed here recently on the girls package and really enjoyed the stay. Hotel is very central and a short stroll into Limerick city centre. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We ate in the restaurant and the food was fine. There were a few things that let the place down - we had to queue for over 25 minutes in the morning for breakfast and when we did get in for breakfast both coffee machines weren't working and some of the breakfast items (eggs, tomatoes and potatoes) were empty and took a while to be replaced. When we asked for our bill they had added 2 items that we didn't get (we had to queue to get another itemised bill and after about 5 or 6 minutes they removed the extra items totaling €39).
From the moment we entered the hotel all staff members were so welcoming, very helpful and accommodating in dealing with any queries we had. Rooms were bright and very comfortable breakfast was delicious.
Short trip for a concert, treats left in room. Nice touch. However, bar man was v young and didn’t know how to make cocktails. Curtain in room didn’t fit window allowing light in and staff member entered our room next morning at 10:30am while we were in bed
This location was able to handle our group of 35 with no issues. They were very good to work with and very responsive. I would recommend this location for international travelers particularly from the United States.
Great weekend celebrating Sharon’s hen. The customer service at the Clayton was second to none , nothing was too much hassle. It’s refreshing to encounter such pleasant team of staff. Adam was brilliant, very attentive and good craic! Thanks to Abbie for saving us at breakfast and to Maria for sorting the drinks and the chairs. Only feedback would be to have less cable ties on the deck!
Stayed at the Clayton Limerick for a Girls Night Away Easter weekend. The staff were so friendly and professional. Once we stepped inside the hotel we did not need to leave. Very spacious rooms. Great views Comfy beds. Gorgeous treats for us in our rooms when we arrived. Prosecco and chocolates. 3 course meal included in our package. Lovely menu to choose from. Really enjoyed the cocktails. Pornstar Martinis and Espresso Martinis were a favourite. Lots of choice for breakfast. We even had a chance to try out the jacuzzi and leisure centre before we left. Late checkout We will be back. Thank you.
