I visited the spa just before Christmas and was extremely impressed. It was so relaxing from the moment I walked through the door. I thought it was a great idea to be given a locker so that you can keep all of your things safe and forget about the outside world for a while. The therapists are lovely, I had Grainne and she put me at ease straight away and all COVID19 restrictions were adhered to but this didn't take away from the experience. The relaxation room after the treatment was the perfect way to wind down. Will definitely be back as soon as the hotel reopens and the restrictions are lifted

Managed to get a voucher deal for 2 nights stay at the Raddison Blu and what a deal it turned out to be! Just a heads up - the hotel isn't really within close walking distance to pubs/cafes/restaurants. But that was the appeal of it for us personally as we wanted a relaxing getaway & to be able to switch off so this hotel was perfect. The hotel was very well managed, lots of Covid19 safety precautions in place. It felt very safe & clean. The only average aspect of the whole stay was the traditional breakfast (I wouldn't recommend ordering it) but overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend the coffee, it was top notch! Walking around the nature trail on a cold crispy morning was delightful. Staff were attentive & polite.

From beginning to end the experience was excellent and great credit to all staff who are so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much to ask. Also the hotel feels and looks extremely clean which is important given the current situation surrounding covid 19. Delighted with our break away. Will be back and would recommend to friends and family.

overall we enjoyed our stay. But there was a few things that were disappointing. For what we got in the premium room the cost was a bit expensive. The meals in the evening was a bit disappointing. However the breakfast was amazing and the Spa was fabulous.

Dear dtobin649081, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback on your recent stay at the hotel. I am very pleased to learn that you enjoyed your stay in particular our Breakfast & Spa. I note your comments regarding the Premium Room and will certainly bear that in mind. If you could, I would be very appreciative of any further detail you can provide regarding the 'meals in the evening' as such detail would really help us to target and resolve any issues in need of attention. Please accept my apologies for any disappointment caused. We do hope that you will have the opportunity to return to the hotel in the not too distant future. Regards, Brian Harrington General Manger brian.harrington@radissonblu.com
