Went to get away from the stress of our busy lives to enjoy a stay away for a couple of night. The food at the resteraunt was unimpressive for the price and was a little bit farther than I would have liked to get a nice dinner. There was supposed to be casting available on the TV in the room but we couldn't get it working and the staff had no idea about it either and we were forced to watch our movie on a laptop instead of the nice TV. All that said the amenities at the hotel were second to none, there was a nice walk around the hotel we could enjoy in evening aswell as top notch pool and spa facilities. We really enjoy nature walks and there was a gorgeous lengthy nature walk about 5 minutes from the hotel that we could have spend half a day at if we had the time.

Hotel's Favourite
I recently returned from an amazing break at the Radisson Blu.My twin boys and I are regular visitors there. The staff go above and beyond to make their guests feel at home. Annette at Reception gave us a very warm welcome and came up to our room to help get the tv working.A fantastic asset to the Radisson. So hardworking with an exceptional eye for detail. Debbie at Reception was so kind and helpful to me during our stay. She is an amazing lady,so professional and dedicated. Jennifer was exceptionally helpful in the dining room. She made sure we were so well looked after. Her kindness was very much appreciated. Sharon works so hard to have the breakfast buffet look so inviting. I cannot praise the two amazing ladies who run the kids club enough.Andrea and Ally are just so kind and dedicated.I want to sincerely thank the Management of the hotel who put on the camp for my twins alone on one of my 3 evenings there. My boys loved the attention and the fab food. The staff at the Radisson in Limerick are just amazing.Thank you all for making my stay so special. Looking forward to my return visit in July.

This will be the last time I ever stay in this hotel. A wedding is supposed to be a special day but the menu was not what was agreed at the tasting and what was served was cold or bland. The music ove rather speakers during the meal was too loud.

I came here for my birthday and they upgraded my room for free, and left cake and chocolates in the room. They also left personalized note in the room and when i went for a meal in the restaurant, the dessert came with "happy birthday" written on it. I'm very impressed with this hotel. I feel like they went well above and beyond for me, made me feel like a celebrity and I'm very thankful. I would definitely come back here anytime.

Kids club was excellent again this year. Andrea & Ally looked after our kids & our friends kids so well. Claire in the petting farm is also wonderful with the animals. Her passion for the pets is genuine and heartfelt. Cocktails in the bar were great, although bar service was hit & miss. Pool experience was super. Food in the Brasserie was fair. Otherwise a great stay.

We picked here due to the Elmis Spa....but it's disappointing in regards the quality of the facility. The staff were amazing. Food was terrible.. we had booked dinner both nights and cancelled both reservations after having lunch there. Shocking food quality!

We have had this dinner booked since February for a family communion - we had a table booked for 5.30 and wasn’t seated for 15 minutes. Drinks and food order was all wrong and took us 3 hours to get our meal while we watched many other tables come in and go within an hour! Our tables was 3 round tables separated whereas other parties were all seated together. There was a lady who had short hair who was very good and apologetic but the other staff were just horrific - people were missing dessert while the kids desserts came out twice. My main course came out after everyone else has finished and we were missing multiple desserts - we were waiting so long we just ended up walking away. We rang during the week to confirm numbers etc and clearly stated we wanted the evening menu and we were given the bar menu with burgers which is not what we wanted. There was a huge event on in the ballroom which was obviously priority over the restaurant. They put glasses down with no water and also wine with no wine glasses, gave us bottles of wine not opened too. Just horrific! We FINALLY got desserts after asking 4 times and they still missed one dessert. We were so upset and it honestly ruined my sisters communion.

We had a fantastic stay here! The resturant for breakfast & dinner was very good with lots of choice. We got upgraded to the presidential suite on arrival which was incredible! Whole sitting room, bedroom and very nice bathroom. Could not fault this place at all. Also a small open farm just out the back with a small selection of animals to look at!

Stay was great. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was very expensive for how small it was. Full irish for 12.95. Fry was very small. Bacon quite fatty and quality of food was OK. Dinner was fantastic. The breakfast was the only negative to the trip and at that it was a very small one. I was upgraded to a presidential suite. Room was immaculate.
