Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Avis Rechercher dans les avis félicité calais 1/5 il y a 15 minutes sur Google Horrible horrible hotel, total nightmare you book a night for 240 euros and you can t sleep due to people making noise inside and outside the hôtel. Staff is rude and doesn t help at all. Breakfast is not a real irish breakfast. I DO NOT RECOMMEND especially for families. This hotel is crappy and doesn t provide any good services. The room is so small and not properly isolated you can actually see a 1 cm gap between the wall and the Windows. We were cold it was so loud outside , we felt insecure. No response from hotel so far a week later about this. Lame lame lame...

The room I stayed in ( 115) as I recall was clean and well maintained, but it was directly over the source of entertainment a live band there was no way I was getting any sleep before 1am could have done without the noise. The breakfast room can get busy so we went in as early as we could about 8.30am breakfast generally was good plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and efficient.

The hotel is in the centre of Limerick and just a stroll away from numerous bars and restaurants. The room we had was massive and had 1 double and 3 single beds, very clean and well presented. Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful and pleasant. Previous comments mentioned noise and a lack of heat. We stayed here Easter Monday for 2 nights with no noise, apart from building work nearby starting at 8.00am, but I can imagine it being noisy on the weekend. There was only one small heater in a very large room and I can imagine it being cold in the depth of winter.

I stay sice 3 days in this hotel. The first night was quite OK. In the second night many teenagers made party from 01:00 am until 04:00 am. The staff from the reception done nothing and accepted that. Now in the second night a lot of noise from a mixer in the kitchen downstairs coming to the room. No chance to sleep. Better to stay at railway station in the rush hour. Never I will come back to this hotel.

Great location for exploring Limerick city centre. Plenty of good restaurants within a short walking distance and some great traditional bars. They provide a lovely breakfast. The rooms are small but well appointed and a lovely bathroom. We will definitely return again.

Thus is a good hotel with amazing staff and very clean accommodation. Breakfast is super. The central location is ideal for exploring the city. Major drawback is live music Friday and Saturday nights. If you are on the front of the hotel you will not get to sleep its so loud. At the back with ear plugs is fine. Hot water takes ages to come through to the rooms which are a bit small for the large super comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay, the staff are great.

Had a great stay here with friends. The rooms were perfect, clean, spacious and modern. Lovely shower and nice bathroom. The location couldn’t have been better and breakfast was good! Overall it was a very easy going and fun place to stay with a nice atmosphere and great location. It is very well priced and I would definitely recommend.

Really nice pub good Room for the money. Be careful of the lift it malfunctions and traps you inside. Dinner make sure you eat before 6;00 pm otherwise you go hungry. Otherwise a good place to stay, the location is excellent many right in the middle of Limerick. There once was a man from Nantucket ….…...?

This was ideal for our get together. It’s central, reasonable parking next door, spotlessly clean and has an excellent breakfast. The staff were really helpful and pleasant. I needed an iron and one was provided really quickly. The bed linen was very clean, comfortable bed and clean bathroom, lovely shower too. I’d read it would be noisy due to its location but I didn’t find it noisy at all. A very pleasant surprise!

This room is basic and cold, with just a small electric heater in the bedroom. The reception staff were so miserable when we arrived and barely lifted their head to check us in or anytime we walked in and out. For the price and location, it is completely overpriced and is on par with a travel lodge
